I reached out to Chris in the service department to see if they could do a full service maintenance by the weekend and he came through! They did an amazing job and kept me informed on the progress. They are an authorized service center for Suzuki outboards and are my service center going forward. Haley even reached out after the service was completed to thank me for my business. My wife and I bought our Havoc boat from Gregg Orr in Santa Rosa and couldn't be happier with our experience. Are salesman Dane dealt with us over the phone for two weeks prior cause we live 7 hours away, and he was very responsive with all the questions we had. He even went over and beyond to send multiple walk around videos and photos of the boat. We agreed on a very good price and everything was ready when we arrived. The team even went way out of their way to make a special trip to pick up the engine that was on order to get us this boat faster. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!!

I am on my second boat purchased from Gregg Orr Destin. Both have always been serviced by them also. Just had the Regulator in for service and some other items that occur with a 3 year old boat. Chris and the service department worked with me constantly over a couple weeks to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and were truly an advocate for me with some of the manufacturers (getting them to stand behind their products). I appreciate these guys and highly recommend the Gregg Orr group for both sales and service!
