DO NOT use this place or any other Gregg Orr. DO NOT, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They are scam artists and do not stand by their work. Had my boat for over a year for a back ordered part causing water in the oil, i told them just have it ready to go when its done please. I get it back after 15 months and paying over $7000 for the fix, de win, and service and oil change and them telling me its ready to go, and it STILL had water in the oil. I take it back, and they try to charge me $520 for an oil change. Then put it in the water and its lacking power. Take it back AGAIN. Takes 6 weeks to try and look at it, in which time they tried to con me out of fixing my prop, knowing they had JUST put a new one on before i put it in the water. Then tried to charge me for a tune up, tow (for them to get the boat out of the water, solely because they didn’t have ready to run like they said they did, from their Gregg Orr slip i already pay them $3300 rent to use), and fuel filter for $784. Then, after i said im not paying for something i already paid for that they didnt fix like they said, they decided to not charge and oh wait for it, DID NOT EVEN PUT THE NEW FUEL FILTER ON that they was just trying to charge me for! Complete scam artist, PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place so they will quit scamming people!!!

The Worst dealership to deal with. On the website they advertised one price of the boat when i was ready to buy i call them they give me the price of $5000 more than price on their website. Never will do business with them again! Stay away from them shop somewhere else!

When you make an offer on a 2 year old boat and they accept only to tell you later the trolling motor is now not included you may want to shop elsewhere. This was managers decision not the salesman, Mike was great.

Drove all the way out from Arizona to Arkansas to purchase 2021 Montana 5th wheel as a cash deal, the 5th wheel was put into service dept to make sure everything was working like it should, as I'm a small business owner and was on a strict timeline to drive out and get it, when I hooked up to it none of the marker lights brake lights etc didn't work, washed 5 hours waiting for them to get them working after rewiring 2 ground wires and replacing the 7 pin cable I trusted them that everything else was working, get the trailer back to arizona, hook it.up to water and both water drain valves leak, the propane water heater doesn't work, along with the power inverter that is connected to the battery doesn't work either, I reached out to corporate office in Texarkana and insured me that someone would definitely be calling me back to rectify the problem, it's been a week with no response, guess my hard earned money spent doesn't mean anything, after spending 58,000 everything should work I shouldn't have to pay out of my pocket to get things fixed that should be working

Well we were gonna buy our first camper, but the salesman Lee lied to us and told us everything we wanted to hear to get us interested in the camper but when it was time to sign papers, it was a whole different story, I do not like to be lied to. If you say something then stick with it, and then play like you did nothing wrong and then when we backed out the deal, we were treated like we didn't exist. Will go somewhere else to do business.

There is a good reason they only have a 3☆ rating. The salesman was not willing to negotiate on an old used camper hardly at all and lied about the financing and terms to get us interested. We took our business somewhere else. The salesman was Lee and reminded me of someone off a used car lot.

Bought a new camper from Greg Orr on June 1st, and used it two weeks. Door broke. It is now August 30, 2019. No new door. Many conversations with EVERYONE that works there. I have been promised phone calls that don’t happen.

UPDATE!! UPDATE!!! There is a new customer service lady, named Jinny Breeding, who will take care of your problems, concerning campers!! She helped me get my RV door and made sure everything is working!!
Good job, Greg Orr, for hiring her!! Very pleased.
