Had some trouble with a member of staff talking down to me for no reason. She wrote down my card details and used them without permission to spend another £76 on my account.
When asked she got very defensive. She was very rude and mouthy over the phone. So I went in to talk and she told me to get out and that she was calling the police when I asked for an explanation.
So I waited 15 min for them when the area manager called me up to tell me she hadn't called them after all. Because she was in the wrong for illegally wrighting down my details and then using them without permission.
Only to be called the next day by them both denying any wrongdoing.
Been an account customer for years and always had issues with the quality of parts and customer service.
Their prices are always different and they charge whatever they feel like.
Euro car parts is far cheaper and better quality compared.
Staff need to go on a customer service course.

I won't be using them again and I'll never send another customer their way either.

Fantastic service. I visited to buy a fire extinguisher because my brake had seized an I was concerned about a fire issues. No garages were able to fix the issue immediately in order for me to return to Cardiff. The assistant manager phoned around for me and arranged for a mobile mechanic to fit a new caliper outside their shop. Truly tremendous service and the repair was excellent value too. I’d thoroughly recommend this branch for their helpfulness and personal thanks to the assistant manager for her invaluable help!

Laura, the manager and Kelly and Paul sales staff are the best team by far they go out of their way to give great service. This is a good example of a great parts shop, I go nowhere else. Thank you for the great service
