Today I bought the auxiliary belt they listed for my car. After struggling to fit it and failing, I found the old one was 5mm longer. I took the belt back and they exchanged it with no quibble. Fitted the correct one easily. Their website is sometimes difficult to navigate, and can obviously give false results. Check you are getting the right parts.

Dropped in with a battery still under warranty. But purchased by previous owner of the vehicle. The older gent on the desk was very helpful! The battery had all the labels on but upon speaking to the duty manager he refused to exchange and to add insult to injury wanted to charge me more than what they had advertised online a real joke bad customer attitude. If I had ordered online then it would be cheaper and free postage! So the company would loose even more money. Suffice to say he lost my custom had he sold me the battery for the online price the review would be very different.

Shocking customer service, went through to an over flow call line that expected me to know I wasn't talking with the branch which I had just called, I was calling to confirm and click and collect order which he could not do, the opening hours on Google, the website, and the bank holiday message are all different, it says all parts are reserved till the end of the next working day... my parts better be there when I can finally come in on Monday! Never coming back here again wouod rather pay the extra few quid to to euro car parts

Poor. They had their vans parked in the spaces, closest to the door (all customer spaces) including disabled spaces! Waited for a while to be seen, then told they wouldn’t return some brake discs, as they were from the almondsbury branch… even though I ordered through the winterstoke road branch!
