DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE!
I have had several interactions with Gunninks, and Laith, the service manager always comes off with a matter of fact attitude. Seems like they treat you bad unless you purchased the bike from them. My 2023 Low rider ST has ALREADY had the transmission replaced and it has less that 5k miles. Now a little over 10k and it is going out AGAIN! I made an appt to bring it in under FACTOY WARRANTY and he instantly refused to touch my bike. He stated that they would be out of pocket for the labor cost, DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME AS A CUSTOMER IN ANY WAY! Not only did I waste my money driving out there for an appt they scheduled and wouldn't honor, but they sent me on this bike that sounds like it's about to blow. Thanks a lot GUNNINKS for caring about your customers or there safety. And I seen your automatic replies to bad complaints, don't even bother because it is not genuine and your bad reviews say it all. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Gunnink’s Harley-Davidson in Ukiah, California is without a doubt the BEST dealership I have ever set foot in. From the owner to sales to parts and service, and financing, absolutely top notch! It’s no wonder their motto is, “Where Relationships Matter”. I traded my 21 Street Glide Special that I purchased there two years ago for a new 23 Road Glide CVO! Top of the line Harley products that put a permanent smile on my face!

We just stopped to get a couple shirts but what a surprise! A small museum of vintage bikes. Some perfectly restored, some in original condition. Some even for sale.
What a staff! We were treated like royalty even though we were just getting shirts. They gave us bottled water (it was hot) too. If we're ever back in the area we will definitely stop by!

The store is very nice, I visited trying to decide between the Lowrider S and the Street Bob and hoping to get some questions answered. I was only there about 20 minutes but during that time nobody came to talk to me. I finally did talk to a parts guy for a minute when I wandered to the back of the store but by that time I was kind of frustrated and had decided to go check out the dealership in Santa Rosa. The guys in Santa Rosa were great, answered all my questions and I decided on the Lowrider S.
