Finally!!! A company that understands/provides great customer service. So hard to find these days. Zack in the parts and service department took excellent care of me. I had some special requests on some hard to find parts as well as some custom work that needed to be done to my transom. Zack answered the phone every time I called. He lined up the work to be done on the boat and got the parts needed. Great guy and does a fantastic job of taking care of the customer. Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. They get it and are doing a great job with their customers. So glad I found Zack. I don't know what I would have done without him. I will for sure be going back to see these guys. Thanks again Zach and team!! really appreciate all you did for me keep up the great customer service. See you soon.

I had issues with my motor that I could not figure out and I was out of ideas on the issue. H2O Sportz was able to get me in quickly and diagnose the issue. Turns out it was a faulty fuel pump that I had replaced with another faulty out of box pump. The only delay was getting the part itself as it wasn't an over counter item. I would definitely recommend H2O Sportz for any service work needed. Will be back for sure for future service work.

I brought my boat in because my trolling motor stopped working. They found the issue and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. Great customer service and great experience! I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

If you a taking an older Mercury in for repairs, do your homework on parts availability prior to dropping it off. I didn't and the lower unit for my 1996 Mercury 25 was in the shop from June until early November waiting on one single part. The part never arrived and I finally got tired of not having a boat and bought another outboard. When picking up my lower unit, I was charged $150 because they had "torn it apart". That felt a little tacky considering what I had been through as a customer, and the fact that taking it apart using proper tools probably didn't take 20 minutes of shop time, but business is business I guess. I'll ask more questions in the future. A shop cannot help you if they cannot get parts, but if they would have told me the parts I was needing for my motor were basically obsolete, I would have done something else vs missing an entire fishing season. I wasn't told about the extreme delays on Mercury parts until about week six.
Again, I like the shop. They are friendly and do great work but DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
