David R. Was a great salesman to work with! Polite, friendly from the moment we stepped on the lot until the moment we left with not one but two cars because his great service!! All the staff was great and we will continue to be Kia customers! Andre in finance was great help and very helpful! We definitely will continue to be Kia customers! Please see my new review on their service department!! Since it’s documented here when I purchased the vehicle!

I would leave 0 starts if I could for the service department!! I bought a “certified” used car from them and I have had nothing but blown bald tires and their response when I took it was “we can’t do anything the original tires are not on it” no kidding they are in the trunk I can’t drive with blown tires and one donut and two babies in my back seat! These tires were not up to par and unfortunately because their “standards” kept changing they refused to be of any help. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again because they clearly do not care about the safety of their customers! I’d be embarrassed to be a part of that team with such negligence. To top it off they said they couldn’t cover one of the tires because it was dirty!! What do you think happens when a bad tires blows it’s not going to stay sparkling clean!

It's the only one in Bakersfield, so I go to get my EV6 serviced. However, the service center is still stuck in the 2010s (the signage is the old logo used from 2010-2020). Figuring out where to leave the vehicle for service is a cluster (no dedicated lanes or space). The inside of the service center is small and old, with one leather couch for customers. There are no convenient charging ports or 120V plugs for customers who may want to use their laptops, no desks or cubicles like I've seen at the Toyota service center. There's coffee and a bathroom at least.

The saving grace is the service personnel are all nice, all professional, efficient, and I never have an issue with them.

The only redeeming quality at this dealership was Blake a salesman who helped me with things that weren't in his job description. He is a friendly gentleman. If I trusted this dealership anymore and wanted a newer Kia; he would be the salesperson I'd want to talk to.

They should have him teach the service department about customer service.

I took my boyfriends car there not a problem. Dulce treated me great. I understand it took 3days to look at my vehicle no loaner were available. I am okay with that as well. What I am not okay with is when we retrieved property from our car cats were inside other vehicles. We seen cats in other people’s vehicles with plastic on the windows. This is not okay. Had this been our vehicle I would sue this company. We are allergic to cats. How does a million dollars business allow cats into customers vehicles? Are customers notified if cats are in their vehicle? Don’t the owner’s own a rescue? How is this acceptable? Please check your vehicle for cat hair or urine if they don’t roll the windows up. This is not acceptable by any means. This should be a class action law suit if you ask me ! Take care of your customers Haddad Kia. Shame on you!
