My husband and I purchased our atv from here. The customer service from Kathy was phenomenal. She worked very hard and quickly to help us get what we want. The finance manager, James, worked with her to get us approved. Both were very up front and honest! Both provided great customer service! 10/10 recommend these 2

I purchased a 23 CBR1000RR and I’m very happy with the purchase. I didn’t deal with sales too much because I knew what I wanted and they had it. The financing was easy and I had been pre approved a few weeks earlier. Called them to say I’m gonna buy can you have everything ready to sign when I get off work. It was all ready and in order to be signed when I arrived. Possibly someone made a mistake during unboxing/assembly as the throttle grip was cut. They replaced the grip before I left that day so it didn’t bother since it wasn’t and major and they fixed it. I have had service department work on it twice and had no issue. The parts department is very helpful for ordering and looking up parts.

I don’t recommend buying OR servicing anything at Halls Eastern shore. May 17th 2024 I purchased two brand new Seadoos and a trailer off the showroom floor. After purchasing skis, walked outside to see one of the seadoo decals already peeling off the skis and Sun fade on some of the plastics. These were not the skis I was shown in the back that I thought I was purchasing. However I had already paid and dealt with being there on a scheduled appointment and purchase that took 2 hours of waiting for the manager to be ready for our paperwork. First ride weekend 3 days after purchasing the skis, one ski almost sinks due to a recalled exhaust collar (both being defective but one taking water to the point the sensors wouldn’t allow the motor to crank) then the other overheats due to not enough coolant in the system. After a 800$ seatow bill to get these skis back to land, I called Halls eastern shore. Talked to the head sales manager who sold me the skis he told me “he didn’t think the recalls effected anything serious” (in reference to the almost sunk ski) and then wouldn’t even acknowledge the second failed ski. I was transferred to the service desk where I was informed that “they are 8 weeks out on service and not taking anymore skis”. Refusing to even look at the brand new skis I purchased the week before. I had to have my skis warranty repaired by another facility 4 hours away, then pay to have a sensor and coolant installed on the other ski with the overheat issue. Manager assured me that all our paperwork was submitted to the state of FL for title and registration the week after our skis were purchased. After a while of waiting (lots of calling to the manager and salesmen ensuring me everything was submitted ) and lots of state trooper and FWC stops our registration w hull numbers FINALLY showed up July 3rd. The problems with these skis continue on today. 10/10 I do NOT recommend doing business with Halls of eastern shore. Go to Pensacola or Mobile instead.

Sales process and delivery could have been a little better. Charging a buying customer a 3% credit card fee on a deposit does leave a good feeling. Parts guys were very good

Bought my first sxs with Hall’s. It’s been a great ride so far, already put 100 miles on it. Hall’s was very professional, kind, and got it done fairly quickly. Will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely amazing service! Nick in finance was awesome and easy to deal with. Tyler was great and Steve the gm was outstanding also! anyone whom needs a jet ski or something else they have you definitely want to check them out!!

TERRIBLE!!! I would go so far as to say this is the MOST INCOMPETENT service department in the state of Alabama! ... I am calling the person who recommended this place to work on my bike and telling him he was WAY OFF BASE and to never recommend them again to anyone he values ... I would have complained, but the staff at Hall's made it totally clear they could care less what I thought ... 'Stormy', the girl who works in Service Dept at the top of that list -- she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by working on my bike --- she must not have been able to hack it in the fast food industry ...... the Service Dept. alone is costing this business money, because anyone who knows how incompetent they are would NEVER make a new purchase from them, knowing they were stuck with this service dept.....it's a real shame this place has ZERO pride in their work performance - one would think they worked for the government....no one at this place cares, but I would rather drive my bike into the bay than take it back there for service. I'm done.
