Bought a 2024 Yamaha Wolverine sxs from halls of mobile. Their team was awesome! Very nice people! Very helpful! They got me in and out quickly and on the road with my brand new buggy! Highly recommend them!

I took my 2016 KYMCO MCX 500 4 wheeler to Halls for repair. First they told me it had low compression and needed a new head. (They dont hone and ring) Quoted 1750.00 for new head. Service manager said “ you dont want to put that much in this atv”
I replied yes, I authorize that. He then called me back and said they need to disassemble the lower end to make sure there’s no damage there, which is an additional 650.00
I don’t understand how the lower end could be affected, so I authorized the additional.
They then called and said my motor needed a complete rebuild 4,300.00
I picked my 4 wheeler up and they had not disassembled the lower end. Furthermore the mechanic I took my ATV to said my lower end was pristine!
I had my 4 wheeler repaired for a small fraction of what Halls quoted.
I will NEVER do business w Halls again.

Ordered a part for a SeaDoo Switch. The staff was very helpful. They have a beautiful, well stocked, showroom. I had to get out of there because all those new personal watercraft and side by side ATVs were so tempting!

Went in to look at a UTV that was on their web site. I made a cash offer for an out the door price. The sales Person went to speak with whoever they talk to and came back in about 15 minutes. The first thing the sales person said was that machine Has an MSRP of $26,000. Then stated they added a winch, windshield, and top so that Added to the cost. Then stated they had to add tax title and freight So the best they could do was 23K. This particular machine was a 2023 model and already had the windshield And winch on it in the pictures on their website and was advertised for 20 K. They were basically selling this 2023 model for a 2025 price and their bait and switch tactic by showing one price with options on the website and saying they weren’t included on the showroom for seems to be standard practice for this dealership. This was my second Time visiting Halls motorsports in Mobile, Alabama, and I’ll never be going back. People warned me. I should go elsewhere, but I thought I would give them a try again. Do not recommend Hall’s motorsports.

Update after response from "Owner". Not sure why your response is focused on what you think my price range is or accepting my offer. My review is simply about you advertising a price on your web site with installed options then saying the options cost extra when someone comes in the store. In this case, nearly $3K more than you are advertising.

Had my ATV 850 Polaris very few hours, bought from there, took it there kept it for almost 2months with no communication called & called, kept getting the run around, a smarty wanted to rant about a $14,000 ATV just sitting there! HATE I DID BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Someone said they have a skip program...smh if $14,000 isn't enough what is This use to be a kind place but everyone complaining how bad business they're giving once u purchase!smh
