The team is great to work with. Brandon hooked us up. We drove 2 hours and it was well worth the drive. He had everything done and was ready as soon as we got there. Could not ask for a better team. They are awesome

I recently began autocross and went to Halls Trussville for a helmet. The employees at Halls were very nice and got me into something that I really liked. Unfortunately, I had to return the helmet due to unknown regulations on my part. The product return was easy and quick. While we weren’t able to do business this time, I will definitely come back if needed. Would definitely recommend based on employee interaction alone.

Had a problem Mike the parts manager stepped up fixed everything called me with update every other day until fixed service manager was awesome I'll continue doing business there i live in huntsville it's worth the drive to have someone that truly care .halls motorsports trussville al. Are awesome they do what ever it takes to earn your business

Will never shop at again! There is zero reason you need my personal info( name and phone number) to buy a can of Honda polish and a hat. I told the old man cashier/parts guy can’t you skip that part and he said nope! I said well I don’t want this then, he said ok and let a paying customer walk out…Guess we will be buying our kids dirtbike for Christmas at another dealership as well! There is zero reason I need to give my phone number to buy a product!

Love how you wait until after things have happened to respond to an old review. Currently would not trust you all for anything ever again. I mean ever. Never going to let you do any services of any sort. I know I have talked on the phone in general with staff.

Loose/ wrong size bolts/fasteners. Was told it was because of fixing wreck damage. Got some news... if the stuff isn't actually attached it isn't fixed.

Donovan was awesome! Very informative and courteous. He knows his motorcycles and atvs. Was patient and showed how to operate the Hondas, Polaris', and CF Moto Atvs at Halls Motorsport.
