OK so let me start by saying, Ive been going to these guys for probably 20 years and although I always have to make an appointment, the service has always been excellent. So I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Colorado Zr2 from Keller motors. When I picked up the truck the steering wheel was just slightly off to the left. Now I already knew I would be installing a level kit so no point having it aligned until after. We'll that day came and silly me thinking the truck is brand new with less than 1k miles on it, I should take it to the dealer to have it aligned especially since it's a new model. Took it in picked it up. Now steering wheel is more to the left and now drift to the right. Went back scheduled an appointment again, took it in, waited 4 hrs. Service writer although super nice explain to me that the tech cannot get it to stop what I described and the truck is in specs and could possibly have a bad rack and pinion. Advised if I can take it to an alignment shop to double check. Of course now I called Hanford Alignment made an appointment explained to them my situation. He said shouldn't be a problem. Picked up my truck and guess what, the truck drives absolutely straight as an arrow and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. Bottom line, don't waist your time going somewhere else just take the time to make the appointment and get it done properly. Thank you Hanford alignment for your excellent work!

Awesome experience. They took me in on a Monday without a reservation. Diagnosed an issue within an hour on my front suspension that the 2 different Ram dealers couldn’t figure out after 5 visits. In and out on the same day. Fully explained charges before doing any work and showed me all of the bad parts post fix with the same charges. I will definitely be using them again!

I took my daughter car to get it aligned, because she got hit on the passenger side of her car. When it comes to getting your car aligned right Hereford alignment is one of the best places to go for your alignment. When I take it to other places it seems not just quite right but when Hanford alignment does it I have no problems with them and it to me I would give them a 10 star rating in my book. So if you want to get the job done right take it there and for my alignment is the best.

Price was decent for the quality of the job. The reason why I'm giving this shop 1 star because the old guy which I think is the owner of the shop is so rude. I called the shop for them to recheck the alignment of my car because its pulling to the right which is covered under the warranty anyways. Brought the car to the shop and I was talking to the old guy, I was explaining what I feel about whats wrong with my car the way it steers and he just questioned my knowledge about cars in a rude way.
This guy is not fit to work in a customer service environment.

I am very happy with the outcome they aligned my truck replaced a couple parts and what I thought was a lost cause they had fixed in about two and a half hours very very reasonable price absolutely amazing I would recommend them to anybody

This place may not be fancy but they provide personal service no matter what type of vehicle you bring in. And the owner is very knowledgeable and professional. I travel from Tulare to have work done on my truck.
