I am honestly am beyond upset at how unprofessional this place is and the lack of respect they have for customers. I had an appointment today at 9:30 am. We had agreed I would drop my keys off in the early drop off. At 10 am, I called to confirm and someone transferred me to services department, nobody answered and I left my first voicemail. At 11:30, I was again transferred and left a second voicemail. At 3pm, same thing. At 3pm they sent me a text letting me know I can text them for updates. I asked for an update, no answer. I walked there from work to collect my house keys, I realized I didn't take with me. When I tried to tell the manager the issue. He only replied with, "ok so how can I help you?" That's when I decided I wanted my keys back and no longer wanted them to service it. My husband spoke to him and was told they never checked the box in the morning (Issue #1). This could have been resolved if they'd answer the phone. However, the manager apologized and said their phone didn't work. Super weird because I did speak to the receptionist who transferred me. So issue #2, lack of communication between them and not knowing the phone at service department does not work or they straight out lied (which I believe is the more likely answer). Either way, super upset at the whole situation. I wish I would've read the reviews beforehand. Someone had the sake issue a month ago so are you telling me phone has been broken for a month? So surely you could've figured a solution to communicate with clients by now.

Well let me start off staff was nice but we started off on the phone came to an understanding with the price on the Kia as soon as they ran the credit bam oh it was an misunderstanding and then added 2k to the price talk about trying to bully people in to buying over an agreed amount talk about shameful

I went to 4 dealerships around the downtown Hanford area, and to me, this place was the nicest out of them all. Every single worker gave you space but also acknowledged you. The dealer I talked to is named Edgar. He was very helpful and nice. Edgar genuinely helped me out on my journey of finding a reliable car for my work. He helped break down and answered every question I asked with supporting knowledge. I actually learned so much from him and another worker named Fabian. They made shopping a car pretty swifty! 🙂

This service department had my 2014 Ram 1500 for nearly 6 weeks to replace a lifetime transmission that went out. They price gouged at every step of diagnosis, then returned it to me without the exhaust installed and the front bumper damaged. They refused to document my claim of them damaging it and have disputed my claim with corporate. They deserve a zero-star rating.
