Very poor customer contact. Particularly my fail. I should have reviewed previous reviews of this business...then I would not have been so blinded to the conclusion of a regular business transaction. Poor customer service!!!

If no stars were able to be given i would have went that route let me just say this Christian sucks I left several messages with the receptionist and also on the service department voicemail all I needed was a status update on my car and to not have a single phone call returned was pathetic so I went down there only to find out my car had been ready for some time so to say the least they have piss poor communication and a lousy service department. Also if Hanford Dodge decides to read this you need to re iterate to Christian that bashing Robert Lee saying they brought him to Hanford from Selma to clean up Robert’s mess is very unprofessional if you ask me Robert answers the phone or returns a phone call promptly save your self the headache or better yet save your self some money there’s way better places to take your car I promise I will never take another vehicle there again

Service dept is horrible...they rarely answer the phone or give you a call back. Your car could sit there for over a month. Better if I could just give them a half star rating. There is alot better places to take your car.

My experience with this dealership has been terrible. Their communication is terrible. I called and left numerous messages that were NEVER returned. Chris the service manager for both the Selma and Hanford dealerships is unwilling to take accountability for something that happened in 2019 that we only became aware of in 2022 when we went to take our car there for warranty work. His words were "it was before him" . Doesn't mean it didn't happen. He also made the comment to me "I know what you are trying to do" like I am trying to scam the dealership.

Great people and easy to work with. Ashley was wonderful and made my experience pleasant even though they had to stay a bit late (sorry for that). Would definitely go back again. Thanks for helping me find the lowest rate..

Horrible service person working in service department yelling at customer in front of me. Then when it was my turn I was so confused because the way he was treating her, I stayed quiet for a while then he says rudely I am talking to you, so asks for my keys and mumbles something while walking out with my keys. I see my ride who is there to pick me up so walk out to tell them it will be a little while longer, so then he starts to walk towards me yelling at me telling me that he had told me he would be right back why did I leave office as I’m trying to explain to him went to let my ride know what was going on could not help and told him he was so rude and then he turns around and says he is stressed out and has been working by himself. Then he begins calling me sweetheart, but definitely that place needs more help.

Wish i could give it less than 1 star. 1700 + ac repair that lasted 2 days. 3800 hundred additional required to "correct the system". After scheduling the 3800 price ballooned to over 7k. No integrity.

Came in and explained the sound my jeep was making and the recall it had so I left my jeep there. Next day they called and told me it was a rock lodged somewhere in the motor and finished the recall, oil change, flushed the system and my car ran better than when I bought it in 2017!
