You don’t even deserve ONE STAR! My husband called on a 2013 GSXR 1000. We are 5 hours away so my husband asked numerous times if it was scratch and dent free. My husband is VERY PICKY, so he will make the drive for what he wants. He was told on a few different calls that the bike is flawless and good to go. Well pictures don’t lie. We were never told it had been laid down, repainted, clips were missing, scratched ect. After driving 5 hours and seeing the condition of the bike, my husband expressed his concerns only to be told, “well you don’t have to take it”! This was shady customer service and they know it! After he was back home he found more issues. He called and spoke to the manager to be told he didn’t have to take it. This is why my husband went over everything before the 5 hour drive. They were very dishonest. Then they messed up on the paperwork so when we went to get plates we couldn’t get them. My husband called to get this fixed and the gentleman on the phone told my husband, “you’re on my time”! Very rude and not helpful at all. If you had good luck with Hanksters, consider yourself lucky. Hanksters you’ve lied enough so keep your bullcrap to yourself. No need to comment back because I won’t be associating with your company ever again. I hope this review helps others to see the truth behind your doors.

I had a 5 star review posted because of my salesman, dropped it to 4 and after finding out the finance guy lied to me and ending at 3 after my response from the service.

My salesman Tim was really helpful. I started by finding them from an add on FB Marketplace and sending Hanksters a message. Tim responded properly and answered any question I asked him. The parts guy was very friendly and helpful also.

The finance guy who I think was also Tim came out and tried selling me a warranty at $1,900. He told me he has a Rmax and how unreliable they are and I need the warranty. My salesman told me they are great machines. He told me that I can only buy the warranty at the time of the sale, but if I wanted to call Monday or Tuesday he may be able to sell it to me then if he hasn't registered my warranty. I found out that was a lie and just a used car dealership like tatic. You have up to 6 months to purchase the Y.ES. warranty, so I purchased it from another dealer for $1075.

Looking over the machine when I got home I noticed the rust where the roll cage is attached and the big scuff. I texted them on a thread they were messaging on and no response. When the machine was throwing a check engine code and I called service I asked about if they could touch it up and fix it. He told me they couldn't and that was very common. I know it is a SxS but I had just spent $30k and felt that wasn't a great answer.

I am very pleased with my experience at Hanksters Motorsports. Tim is an excellent sales representative and was attentive to all my questions and made the purchase of my motorcycle very smooth. He even helped me load it up on my trailer and made sure we were good to go. If you're going to purchase any powersports equipment I will highly recommend Tim.

We tried Hankster’s because everything else was closed on Monday and I’m so glad we did. They have a large selection of new and used sleds. My favorite things about this place are they don’t push you to buy, the price was a lot less than the other places I looked at, and they delivered the sleds to my house!!! Great place. Would 100% recommend.

It’s nice knowing I bought from a place where I feel comfortable going back and getting help wouldn’t be an issue. If you’re looking to buy something from honest trustworthy place . Started shopping for a CFMOTO side by side and found an ad Hanksters placed on marketplace. The price was great so I decided to reach out and see if it was legitimate and if they had the machine in stock.
Tim in sales was excellent at communicating with me and giving me all the information I asked for. Everything was exactly as advertised and agreed upon. I live two hours away, so I scheduled a time I could come to fill out the paperwork and pick up the new machine.
They had everything ready to go, the machine, the paperwork, the accessories I requested. I was able to test ride the machine onsite to make sure everything was good , I filled out the paperwork, got a phenomenal interest rate from a local credit union they work with and was on my way.
The entire experience was painless and honest. I've already told my friends about Hanksters for their next power sports toy. I would definitely consider them again in the future.
