I would like to give a shout out to Andrew Garcha for helping us get this awesome Lightning! Drove 2 hours just to come down to see him & he made sure the process was smooth & quick. Walked in with a need and walked out with a confident smile, an assurance for quality, safety and a beautiful new family car. Rain Saunders was a warm and caring Agent who came out to greet us and answered our questions, and turned our concerns into his as he helped us choose the best ride, going above and beyond to ensure that we met all of our needs. From helping us setup the Accounts, ensuring we could meet the financial commitments and all the legalities, there wasn't a thing he and Will (from their Finance Department) missed. If you're looking for Trust and Care, this is the type of place you want to go to. Honestly felt like we are family now with the way we communicate (even after purchasing) and I know I will be able to cae for our new vehicle and everything to do with it without much of a worry, because they are there for us. Being in the used car business my entire life, in fact a I have been a used car director on Corby Auto row for over 20 years. I have appraised thousands of vehicles for potential trade ins. That being stated said, my daughter went down to have her 2015 Mazda 3 Grand Touring appraised. The car is a 7.5 on a scale of 10. Carmax offered was 5,600.00. Hansel Ford with a straight face offered her $1,000.00. A complete rip off!!!!!! All that I can state, buyer be ware when you walk into Hansel Ford! I cannot believe some franchise dealer still think we are operating in the ugly past in hopes to make a in dealer terms “A TEN PONDER”. ($10,000 profit on one deal). These franchise dealer scams have let Companies like Carmax, Carvana, ect. take their market share.

Where to start, first off, id like to give Justin Mendoza a 5 star rating for making my experience very welcoming and easy. Not only did he help with one vehicle, but he helped with 2! On that note, i came in looking for a new vehicle for my mother, and what we landed on was a Ford Maverick Lariat which provided everything my mother needs for a safe and reliable vehicle. Not only did Justin get me different pricing points, but he made sure to walk me through all the great incentives that came along with owning a maverick and the safety features it has to offer! Id also like to add that he presented himself very professionally and kept our conversations related to the vehicle being purchased with some conversations about life here and there which i liked because it allowed for me to be at ease with the purchase i was about to make. Overall, id highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Hansel Ford and Lincoln, and using Justin Mendoza as your sales person.
