Purchased a brand new Honda Civic 2018 from Hansel Honda. Out of the blue, the paint started to chip on all door handles and mirror caps, nowhere else on the car. It's gotten to the point where it looks abysmal (pictured). Contacted Hansel Honda, took it to their body shop where they confirmed that the side mirrors and handles were factory replacements with cheaper paint. However they said they would not cover the re-paint because there was no recall and directed me to go through Honda corporate. Honda corporate will not cover this replacement as it's not a recall and Hansel refuses to cover the repairs. This should not fall on the buyer to replace a factory defect.
I have a large family, we all buy cars, but we will never purchase a vehicle from Hansel again. I wouldn't buy a car from here or you'll end up having thousands of dollars worth of cheap paint replacement costs.

Customer service is thorough however I second guess the actual work that gets done when you drop your car off for service. I brought my accord in three weeks prior to today and they are now telling me I need a new battery. When I had my oil change it checked off as good. No matter how much diagnostic testing is done I feel as though this should have been caught. Here I am today spending another $115 for more testing and $265 for a new battery which is not bad. I’m more upset for having to pay a new fee for “diagnostic testing” and feel so though it should be at no cost since I was just here not that long ago. After today I will continue my services elsewhere.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience with this dealership. I met Kaden, a young professional salesperson who helped me pick the most efficient car that would give me great gas mileage. He went over the top by getting me information regarding the vehicle’s fuel mileage. The sales manager was very helpful and willing to work with me on the pricing. Ivan the financial manager was also amazing and helpful to get me the best coverage for my car. I highly recommend them.
