Grate service never got a bad part friendliness is a must these people are how we are supposed to be honest fair an no-nonsense 5 star group and you can buy atvs sometimes if you're looking for a special machine if he has one he might part with it first place I call

Love this family
Dennis is an expert with all things cycle or 4 wheel on or off road. I fix my own but I've come to appreciate their invaluable customer service. They sell every part for every machine at the best price and will work on anything so long as you're willing to wait they're always booked.

Absolutely wonderful people!!! I broke down on the highway, and thankfully pulled into the Harber’s Cycles parking lot. The folks there were busy didn’t have to help me, but they did. They stopped what they were doing, and got us everything we needed to get back on the road. I will start making the hour drive to do business with them before anyone else.

Most honest and down to earth retailer there is to find . I've witnessed several times customer coming to pick up there repaired machine and they get surprised by a lesser bill then the originally quote for job if job ended up taking less time or the parts ended up being cheaper then thought. And very knowledgeable about there trade. Usually he will have a good joke to take home with yea at no charge to boot.... I u7 u

Harber's Cycles and Steve are top notch in my book. I purchased a Gold Wing windshield from them through eBay for my wife's Trike which was incidentally her Christmas gift. At no fault of theirs, the windshield arrived slightly damaged. It was obvious the shipper took very little care getting the windshield from them to me. I contacted Harber's Cycle as soon as the windshield arrived, and even though this damage was not their responsibility they agreed to either exchange my windshield or give me a HUGE$$ discount on the one I received. I was able to buff out the blemish after a couple hours elbow grease, but I have to say if you need to contact a customer service rep, I would hope that they are as eager to please and make your experience right as they are at Harbor's Cycle. If you have any cycle needs that they can help you with do so with confidence! They have my business from here on out!!!!
