The other day I had a very nice experience when I visited Harley-Davidson in Montgomery. OJ Johnson was very knowledgeable about all things motorcycle related, and was an excellent “Ambassador” for Harley Davidson. He made my visit an enjoyable experience. He was very nice and helpful, but he was not a “typical” salesman as he was not pushy at all. He earned my respect and subsequently my friendship. I was so taken with his knowledge and personality, I added him to my contacts. That is something I very rarely do. OJ is now my “Harley Guy.” Well done OJ. I hope to see you soon.

Stopped in on our trip through to meet my granddaughter in Florence. Met Cowboy who was an exceptional representative and showed us around, struck up a conversation, and as friendly and outgoing! I went to Alabama for a business trip. I have visited this dealership a few times to grab the proverbial poker chip and dealer pin. My husband came with me on one of my trips and brought him to the dealership to show him the paint job on a bike I really loved. I think it was a Friday, well after closing time, and my husband was immediately drawn to a Limited that had every bell and whistle one could want. It even had the CVO locking mechanism. I had just bought him a Road Glide CVO so my immediate answer was no, plus we live in Utah. However, it sure looked nice to ME. I was not enjoying my 2022 Street Glide Special as much as I would’ve liked. The staff was immediately helpful and awesome. They answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed, even though as well past closing time. The bike hadn’t even been labeled with the price yet.
Marcus was an absolute gem helping us coordinate between getting the financials done, arranging my bike pick up, getting this bike delivered to my house in Utah, and making sure I was happy and every sense of the word. To this day, he reaches out to me to make sure I’m happy and everything’s going smoothly with my bike.
About six months ago, I decided to put new bars on it. (Meat hooks are not my thing). I knew a lot of work had been done already, and I needed the part numbers previously added on at this dealership. Even though it had been a year since I purchased the bike, Marcus’s customer service was above and beyond. He got me all the information I needed Immediately. I love that he checks up on me to make sure that all is well and doesn’t pester me to buy a new bike. I found the bike that fits me. It’s on our bucket list to ride all over the United States and I assure you, Harley Davidson Montgomery will be one of our stops. I think I owe Marcus a six pack anyway. Haha

I'm finally putting some real thought into pulling the trigger on the last Bike I'll ever buy... Just NOTHING like a Harley!! Long time rider and admittedly, I don't know alot about Harleys but COWBOY Took his time and Completely Opened my eyes about these amazing Machines... He was patient, SUPER knowledgeable, no High pressure!... Just really wanted to put me on the best fit for me. I Live in Orlando but that kind of Customer Service will send me right back to Montgomery Harley Davidson and Only COWBOY!! Thank you Alan! From your warm greeting to the amazing test ride on two bikes... I came in to buy a T-shirt, I left in love with an amazing bike. Alan had amazing talent for friendly engaging conversation while being super focused on the job and hand and all business. He gave me his full attention with excellent follow up calls! I visit a lot of Harley stores, this store was the best and my favorite! So much so that this is the first one I've reviewed. The whole team was great: Marcus, Julian, Alex, Trey, and the other Trey.
