Quite literally the easiest purchase I have made at a dealership. Everything is well organized and they have a system in place that not only makes you feel welcomed, but you are made to feel welcomed. I never was pressured into something I didn’t want and in the end I ended up with a brand new 2024 FXLRST! best harley dealership in from bakersfield ca about a hour and 30 min away i always make sure to order parts and service from here on my 21 road glide special will be buying the 25 c o road glide when it releases i know which dealship i will be making my next harley purchase only recommend this place for service and new bikes or pre owned and everyone is friendly here’s a pic of my rides

OK let me start with saying the service and the people there were very friendly.I guess my issue is that I took my bike in to get my handlebars adjusted. Put in new riser bushings and the top piece with set screw so that my ape hangers would not slip. I called to get a quote and was quoted 180 to 250 for labor, I provided riser bushings & top mount for the handlebars. I get there and I am told that I will be charged 120 for the bushings and then 180 to install the top mount. So I pay and get to work done tell them exactly where I want my handlebars set. End of day I'm called to pick my bike up. My bars are not where I want them so I came back the next day and let them know that I was not happy with it. They had no problem adjusting them and putting them where I wanted them. So here in lies my issue all this work is done in the same location for the riser bushings and the top mount for the handlebars when I questioned and asked why I was charged 2 different prices they told me that at work was done separately. Now I don't wrench on bikes but from all the videos that I've seen in order to get to the riser bushes you have to remove the plate that I provided them with to replace the bushings.I'm not understanding how I got charged a $180 to put a piece back on that you had to remove to get to the bushings in the first place. I would just like some clarification on this. Thank you.
