I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon and his amazing team at Havasu Watercraft to repair my older jet ski, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Brandon is the best! Knowledgable, friendly, ready when he says it is, fair prices. Always takes care of my skiis (2004 & 2006 FXHO Cruisers). Even if it’s only a question, advice or a before the season tune up to get them ready for riding, he’s my go to. Highly recommend this place.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Unfortunately, had a head job screwed up by another shop which ended with a dropped valve and a non running ski. Brandon got me totally squared away and not only fixed the valve, but went through the whole head to re-check all the previous work done. They answered any and all questions I had when pulling the motor and getting the head pulled for them. Turned it around quick and now my ski is back on the water ripping once again. They have lots of new and used parts in stock as well. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call.

SAD ! Well 5 years ago I started using Brandon for service and repair for a pair of Sea Doo's. Last 2 years he had been doing repairs without my approval I'd show up and my bill was $200 - $300 more than expected. Last week he did it again . Ski was in for a pipe weld for 5 days usually a easy $200 job. This time bill came out to $400 because he said he found broken motor mounts. Really , but never mentioned it when he called 1 hr prior for pick up. Even Sadder ! i filled ski up before pipe job and got it home HALF EMPTY ! I called him out on it and he said they would never do something like that it must have a leak or something he said. Really I said I'm missing 7 gallons of gas on a ski that has been inside your shop all week? Funny how you found broken motor mounts but no fuel leak like maybe 7 gallons all over your shop floor Beware , he has a nice salvage yard there and uses old parts as new . Sad, businesses will burn anyone when times are good. Sorry I had to post this Brandon but I gave you a chance to make it right and you chose otherwise.

Outstanding service. I would highly recommend this store over other ski shops. I have been into each one and the service, knowledge, patience and understanding of your special needs will be far better than anywhere else. they provided me the best parts at the best affordable prices. They also advised me to go for the used parts to save the money. They are really helpful and i highly recommend these guys to all the ski lovers.

These guys are awesome! They got my 02 Yamaha waverunner that had been sitting in storage for 10 years running again! Very friendly and helpful guys. They offered good tips and honest advice. I will return for all my watercraft needs!
