Dishonest practices. I won in small claims court against haynes. They overcharged me and played the backorder game for months. If you treasure your hard earned money, stay a away from this shop.

I have a 2002 Electra glide I had purchased some wheels and white walls i took the bike and the back wheel all they had to do was remove the old wheel install new wheel bearings swap the rotor and belt sprocket over and install it back on the bike I was quoted $125.00 when I picked up my bike the white wall was covered in Greece finger prints and they charged me $180. Never called and discussed the price increase with me they are very unprofessional and shade tree in my eyes I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Horrible and I mean horrible place if I could give negative stars that would be it. Horrible with pricing tell you one thing on the phone then when you go in it’s a totally different price. Also they don’t know how to communicate. My part was supposed to be ordered on Tuesday the day they took my money and they failed to tell me that it had to be in by a certain time. Also got told it would be 2 to 3 days here it is almost a week later and still having trouble getting my part. Not to mention the lady in the office doesn’t know what she is doing. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went today to get a rear tire on and was greeted with friendly and helpful faces. Not only did they replace my tire but the gentleman that serviced my bike saw my saddle bag was in need of repair and did it out of the goodness of his heart for free. Great customer service and prices that beat the big stores hands down.
