Can't say enough about the staff here. I was traveling cross country when a semi tire blew on the highway. A piece of the rubber hit my blinker and aux lamp. Called Heart of Dixie Harley Davidson, and they told me to come through. I rolled up and the immediately got my bike in. Was back on the road in no time. Great staff, great customer service, and a very nice facility.

I have purchased two motorcycles from Heart of Dixie. Both times the process has been extremely easy. The entire staff at the store is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Their on site mechanics are very helpful and good at what they do. They are a one stop shop for all things Harley. Stop by and see Ashley in motor clothes too while out and about.

Absolutely Great Service!
Bryan, Josh and the Mechanic who worked on my bike are great!
On vacation 1000 plus miles from home, and broke down. They picked us up, brought us in, and got us back on the road again. Did I mention it's Sunday afternoon?

I picked out a bike to trade mine in on and then they test drove it after 3 hrs waiting it has 1300 miles on it but anyway it cones back tag hanging off battery case broken and safety bar scratched up sounds like it was layed down of course they denied it after i look over bike disgusted they wanted to sell a bike 10 k over value and give me 30percent first offered., dont waste your time and money go somewhere else

I was on a trip Friday and my bike broke down. These guys stopped what they were doing and came to my location to pick my bike up. They originally told me it may be 3 or 4 weeks before they got to it. The following morning I woke up to a phone call saying my bike was ready to be picked up. Awesome customer service and service. Thank you again for bailing me out out. I really appreciate it. Will recommend this dealership to anyone and I will definitely use them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.
