Service Department was great, I walked in, and nicely greeted with a smile, and was able to get my information passed on quickly. Service to my vehicle was done in a timely manner, and the tech working on my vehicle was very helpful with explaining my issues and resolutions to help.

I was nervous about taking our jeep there because we were from out of town.
They didn't fix the problem but educated and answered a lot of questions that I had about the damage we may cause getting home.

While I was disappointed that the problem wasn't resolved it was well out of their hands.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased my vehicle via phone late July 2023. The vehicle was delivered to my home, this experience was fair. First red flag was when vehicle was left with me it didn't have any wiper fluid in it. Then I noticed one of the window trims did not match the other ones. I called my sales lady at the time and she stated it was a manufacture's defect and they would get a replacement ordered. Months and months went by and I called frequently to check the status of the part only to keep being told it was on backorder. I called in December and the part magically appears at the dealership and I was told to come in to get it installed. My appointment was at 10 am on Monday December 11th, I arrived early and I was there for roughly 3-4 hours to get a window trim installed which was completely insane. They installed it and brought my vehicle out the shop just to take it back in cause I'm assuming the mechanics did not know what they were doing. So I finally left facility and a couple of weeks went by and I noticed that my firearm that was under my passenger seat was missing. This is the last place that my vehicle was left unattended. So you guessed right, someone at this facility stole my firearm which was hidden behind a child's diaper caddy in the backseat. I immediately called to let them know it had been stolen and filed a police report to only be told camera's where your vehicle was serviced don't work. They also told me the person that worked on my vehicle had been terminated but they would give police his information. So Again here it is January 22nd and I notice over the weekend my back passenger window that they installed this window trim on wont go down completely and its causing my door to ajar. At this point this experience has been horrible. I went to another dealership only to be told that "door cable that runs from inside handle to the door latch was improperly installed and caught in window track and sustained damage, It will need to be replaced". So not only does this dealership house employees that steal but they also hire incompetent individuals. DO NOT SHOP with this dealer this place needs to be shut down.

Trash service team from the manager down. They can never get the job done correctly, instead I spend too much money driving back and forth for “what ifs”. I have been experiencing car problems from day one . I bought this car in June and didn’t receive it until about 3 weeks . Did not receive another ride off tag since by tags weee due shortly after. Also paid insurance before I finally gotten my vehicle. I can write a story . Do not shop at this facility. The sellers do what they can that’s literally it. Not TO MENTION, how I have been to different dealerships for technicians to run tests and inform me that no codes were ever fixed anytime I was scheduled. They were RESETING THE CODES.
