I would definitely recommend this company. I felt very safe. I rode along with my husband. He was being transported from home to a doctor appointment and back in a gurney. They were very professional, friendly, careful and caring.

If I could I would leave a hundred stars for Helping Hands Medical Transportation they are absolutely amazing non emergency medical transportation company and their employees are extremely professional and very careful with your loved ones. My Mom has to be transported in a gurney to her doctor appointments. Helping Hands Medical Transportation shows up on time gets you to your appointments on time takes you into your appointment in the room and does not leave you alone for expect when you see the doctor. I have complete trust transporting my Mom even if couldn't be there that's how awesome Helping Hands Medical Transportation is. Thank you to Hayley, Brandon and Andrew that was our crew today and they were absolutely awesome in transporting us yes I even went with my Mom in the van with my Mom to her doctor's appointment so that is a added touch to their service as well. We have booked three more upcoming appointments so you should too!

We have used HHMT twice now. We used both a gurney and wheel chair transport from home to the medical center and back. Both services were exceptional. They were on time for pickup, courteous and very capable and experienced moving my wife from hospital bed to the transport gurney. The xray tech commented that they moved were the best she had seen.

Ian, our driver, was friendly & professional.
He delivered us to our destination; Kaiser, Riverside, for my Dr’s Appt. He waited for us in the parking lot. He asked us to call him when we were finished; we did. He was there waiting for us, right out front of the building as we exited. I will use Helping Hands Again! Thank You for this service, a

Helping Hands Medical Transport out of Riverside California transported my roommate Sherry to and from dialysis appointments, doctor appointments, hospital appointments, and they are a wonderful team of awesome men working together for their clients. When they picked up Sherry they treated her like an angel. They never once had a bad day, every day was a good day for these guys. Sherry loved them all and appreciated how they treated her. I gave them each a protein bar or some kind of goodie in appreciation of how special they were in making sure Sherry was comfortable. They all deserve more than 5 stars! This company has class in caring for their clients. When Sherry passed away, they all felt the loss of this wonderful woman of faith and I know they miss her as I do. I highly recommend this company.

My uncle is completely immobile and had not left his second story apartment in over 8 months because it's impossible to take him out without professional medical transport services. Which he only receives for doctor visits.
We had a family reunion with family flying into LA area from all over the country. So it was very important to have my uncle with us. In a bind and desperate to find a facility who would do the job. My aunt found Helping Hands Medical Transportation of Fontana.
Vincent and his assistant Carrie were extremely helpful, professional and efficient in getting the job done. Not only was my uncle at peace knowing he was safely being handled by experienced professionals, but the entire family was overjoyed having my uncle with us and beyond grateful for all Vincent and Carrie did to make this happen.
HHMT is not only affordable, professional & on-time, but they even followed up to ensure all went well and we were satisfied. Kudos to Vincent for going above and beyond.
