Hertz Car Rental provided a great experience overall. The service was smooth, and I was really impressed with the car they offered—it was practically brand new with only 300 miles on the odometer. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive.

Unfortunately, I had an incident with a flat tire, and since I didn’t opt for emergency assistance coverage, I ended up being charged for it. That was a bit frustrating, but I understand the policy.

Despite that, the overall experience was positive. The quality of the car and the professionalism of the staff made it a reliable choice for rental, and I’d consider using Hertz again in the future.

They said premium car to a dirty basic model Honda. What? Manager looks like he loves to scam people. Dirty store, why they accept the reservation if they don’t have cars available? A joke

I have rented numerous cars over the years at this particular Hertz station and always got some very decent rates, and cars for that matter. So I cannot join the chorus of disgruntled customers, on the contrary I was always met with great service, a smile and speedy processing. Would rent with them again.

The guys in the office are doing fine. I now have issues with Hertz and prepaid contracts that can't be extended or changed but that's not the fault of the local staff.

Watch out, when you return the car, they will change your whole contract agreement , overcharge, for no reason at all. Keep all your documents from the start, PRINT your receipts keep on hand and compare right in front of them when you return the vehicle, and stand up for yourself. What a rip off company.

*Update!!*

They finally got back to me. No refund but gave me coupons. I will never use their company ever again. Honestly, it's not even about the money at this point; I just wanted to see how it would play out. From corporate to the individual locations, Hertz will disappoint and fail you.

It's been a couple of weeks since I emailed their customer service for a refund. Still to this day (11/25/2020) they have yet to provide me with an update or even contact me back. Keep this in mind when you decide to do biz with this company in the future..

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Original rental was for a Yukon. Of course they didn't have that vehicle so I ended up with a Armada. This vehicle smelled like cigarettes and had multiple service lights come up which resulted in a vacation cut short. Their customer service at this location is also quite poor. Currently I'm trying to get a refund for the 2 days we didn't use the vehicle as we returned it early..

Actual rental was easy and the people were nice enough. Not over the top, but got the job done. All men working there today.

I’m really glad they had a restroom. However, it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. 😣
