I do seasonal forestry firefighting work some of the toughest work out there but I have to say that with people like Andre working extra hard going above and beyond not only that I had everything I needed finding me the Right car, he listened to all my needs and my issues that I have prior that I brought to his table. He was attentive and helpful beyond my expectation making sure to double-check bag with me that I have everything I needed. I definitely will return to there for my vehicle I noticing but he has the customer service and management skills to run that place, I will make that recommendation in a heartbeat for him The rest of his coworkers are very helpful and friendly as well, and he made my experience a total breath of fresh air. Clean and safe vehicles, coming with full tank or battery charge and dialed in interior. Mini great

I work in seasonal Forestry firefighting, what are the toughest jobs their is, but my helmet comes off to honor their lead man Andre! He made sure to address all my needs he made sure I got the car that I was trying to get make sure to go above and beyond to ensure that the car was gassed up or battery charge, wash clean interior dialed! This customer service rep and gentlemen did outstanding and I definitely will be taking my vehicle back there if I need anything! He stayed with me through and through making sure he provided friendly and understanding great customer service. If he wasn't a manager he definitely should be! The worst service ever, Mike didn’t have good attitude, didn’t gave any option or asked me what kind of car I preferred. The employees have to wash the car too. I am allowed to get a car for up to $26 per day. He gave me a car that is $23.24 per day (I didn’t notice this at that moment) I am trying to speak with someone there but they put me in hold for 23 minutes, I tried again but this time nobody answered. I need to go back and waist more time over there.

APPARENTLY THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE FROM 8AM TO 5PM. I GOT HERE AT 8:25AM AND THE GATE IS CHAINED UP. AN EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP AT 9AM. AND IS JUST SITTING IN HIS CAR. I GUESS WE'RE WAITING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO OPEN THE GATE!! VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE !!

I cant believe what i just rented we didnt check the car back seats because wd trusted but when we got home to start packing stuff we saw this mess and thats not all , they just cleaned the front seats and the rest old food from who knows how long its been there and for 500 $ plus insurance its really the worst experience and cant do nothing but cleaning it ourselfs the trip is today and hertz closed early .
