Horrible customer service. Takisha Jones is who I dealt with. Very rude, hanging up on people not helping or guiding people to get the help they need. Talked out her neck to me like I was a child. Corporate was great help in finding the answers I need I hope they deal with her just as well as they did that.

I made a car rental reservation with Hertz and visited the store as scheduled. To my disappointment, they informed me that there were no cars available and asked me to return at 1 PM.
I came back to the Hertz location at 1 PM, only to be told again that there were still no cars available. They mentioned that they could possibly provide a car on Monday.
If there were no cars available, why was I allowed to make a reservation in the first place? This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor management and customer service.
This has been the worst service I have ever experienced with a car rental company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Straight Focus
I was bamboozle out of my money, charged for smoking in the rental when I don't smoke ! On top of that they brushed me off like what I was saying wasn't important to them. Poor customer service , poor communication skills , poor phone service lack accountability than pointed the finger at the District Manager (Marcus Barnes) saying he was the one who charge me because they are strict at the airport. I really want to know who else been bamboozled out of money from these workers

I wished I read these reviews before reserving a car here. Our Uber driver even warned us about this location's awful reputation before dropping us off! We arrived a few minutes early to pick up the car and was told they didn't have any available. I asked why they didn't call me - they said they didn't know how to contact me. Not true - I'm a gold member - all my info is attached to the reservation. I asked if they could help me check if the airport had any cars available - they offered me the 800# - not helpful. What's the point of having a reservation if you can't honor it? If the location can't meet the needs of the community, it begs the question of why it's even there.

By far the worst customer service possible. When I went to pick up my vehicle that insurance was covering, the person at the desk made it sound like I was required to get insurance through the rental company even though my insurance would cover the vehicle. When I called back to talk to a manager after my insurance told me that I didn’t need that, the manager basically told me that it’s my fault and I should have known that I didn’t need it. $700 down the drain for nothing. If you pay for the insurance make sure you wreck the car and get your money’s worth

If I could leave a -5 star rating I would absolutely do so!! This is the worst place I have ever dealt with renting a vehicle. I was placed in an unsafe vehicle that did not have a horn and wipers did not work. I called for an entire day to try to report the issue but they never ever answered the phones and always claimed there was something wrong with their phone lines. I had to physically take time out of my busy work day to walk into the office just to get questions answered. The staff are entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. I was first set up for the wrong insurance and was being charged (as I was not supposed to be) and was then told to “eat the charge” by the guy in the front. I never received my deposit/holding fee back and was always charged after returning the vehicle in the same condition it was given. I have been robbed and mistreated the entire time of having to deal with this company. I highly recommend to RUN RUN RUN AWAY from this location. Also as a bystander ai watched as they technically made a guy pay $300 just to return his vehicle at a different location at which he stressed that he had already gotten it confirmed over the phone. They are ONLY great if you like inconvenience and throwing away your hard earned money.

This was my first time renting from here and it was ok and yes, just ok, okay. I will try it out again in the future and see what happens.
