Made reservations with Hertz today for 3:30pm to pick up a car. When we arrived at Hertz I was told you have to make reservations two days in advance in order to get a rental car with a debit card. I told them we no longer have a major credit card due to the high interest rates. I told them we could give them $5,000.00 cash too rent us the car so we could get our car repaired. She Informed us that a credit check would be required prior to rental.
We called Enterprise and were told that it wouldn’t be a problem at all to use a debit card as longs as they could hold $500. We arrived at Enterprise and was greeted at the front door with a smile and a handshake. I would never rent from Hertz they’re overpriced and not very polite. Enterprise gets six stars if you asked me!

2nd time I come to this location. First time 3 months ago spend 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me they had 0 cars available. Which was a horrible experience. Today I gave this place another shot. Wasted my time again. The manager was not to helpful she was trying to put me on a electric vehicle had other options but she was not being to open to find a solution for a customer. Customer service is everything and this place doesn’t represent that.

We had great service here!

All the employees are very helpful. They got us the rental very promptly, the car was clean and they were entirely professional with the process.

We asked to swap the rental car out for another comparable vehicle because we had to take a trip and we wanted cruise control. Miranda told us to call back, she got us a 2019 model, and we were able to switch the cars out by the end of the week!

We were very satisfied with this location.

My wife and I showed up at opening Monday morning since for some reason they are closed on the weekends but that's another issue. We were the only people to help and the man assisting us was very polite but it took 50 minutes to rent us a car because of the hertz computer system. It would buffer forever then crash again and again on both computers. Come on guys your a huge car rental company get better equipment...

Made a reservation over 24 hours ago. I showed up to pick up the reserved vehicle and was told by another customer, who made reservations several days in advance that hey had no vehicles. I asked the counter gentleman and he had no remorse and an attitude and stated he was trying track down the vehicles to see when they will be here. Another woman showed up that had a reservation and she was told the same. No apologies, nothing was said. I said thank you but I won’t be returning and still they said nothing. I got an Uber here and literally I am now stranded and had several appointments today and now late to my first.
