I would rethink using this location. Customer service is non existent. They would say yes to everything to get your business at the time of reservation. But will not deliver. Could not pick you up like they said they would. Do not have the car you reserved. By that time you are already committed and have no choice to take what they give you. Nasty and all. Then you would have to spend another precious moments of your time at a car wash to detail it. And make it less nasty. And by the way, they charged too much for a vehicle (not what you reserved) that will stand little chance. Should a stupid driver in Arkansas hits you. And why customer service is so awful these days? If you don’t like your job. You should not be in it. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Impressed!!! I rented an suv for a couple of weeks. I interacted with 3 different people,on multiple occasions, at this Conway location. Every single one of them were helpful and so kind! Their customer service skills are on point!! Thank you Conway Hertz, you made renting a vehicle an incredibly smooth process!!!

Two weeks ago, my entire family was involved in a car accident near Conway. Our insurance company scrambled to secure a rental for us to get back home and chose Hertz. When we arrived at Hertz, they claimed we had no reservation and refused to help us. Despite our insurance company confirming the reservation, the manager was extremely unhelpful and essentially demanded we leave the premises immediately.

As we were on the phone with our insurance company trying to resolve the issue, our cell phone battery was running low. Shockingly, the manager refused to let us charge our phone. This was, without a doubt, the worst treatment my family and I have ever experienced.

Fortunately, we managed to contact Enterprise, who promptly delivered an SUV and got us back on the road. I will never use Hertz again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

I was involved in a car accident and my insurance sent me to Hertz. I went to Hertz to pick up my car and they didn't have one but I was told they MIGHT have one in about 4 hours. Manager walks in and says I will have one here for you by 3:30 (about 2 hours from when I was there)! At 3:30 I called and asked if they had a car - NOPE they said we told you 5. Cool- whatever. I didn't have a way to get there at 5 so I asked if I could pick it up in the morning. They said we aren't holding vehicles, it is a first come first serve basis. Sigh. Get there at 5:15 to pick up my car- we sign the documents for the vehicle but they couldn't find the key. They realized it was in the vehicle of another car they just rented. They gave me a different vehicle so I was back in business!

A few days later -
I am unloading my car and a stranger points out there is a bubble in the rental car's tire and he strongly suggested I not drive it. I call hertz and was given two options- 1. I could drive it to little rock to get the tire fixed. 2. I could bring it to HErtz and they would drive it to LR BUT they didn't have any other cars so I would have to find a ride home.
Please remember that at the beginning of this novel I said I was involved in a car wreck- I didn't want to be in another one.
I refused to drive their vehicle at all. They said fine- leave the key in the car and they will pick it up. Never heard from them again about another vehicle.

TLDR- You do not ask your customers to drive a vehicle that has been deemed unsafe to drive.

Had a car accident the other party was responsible. Came to hurts only because they were the only people who had cars at the time. I now realize it's because the service is not as good as Enterprise. The demeanor of the staff seemed to be tiktok enthusiasts people who spend their all the time they have at work staring at their phone even when you walk up to you can barely get them to pry their eyes off the phone. The car I got was filthy. It was a half ASS Attempt to clean it. I had to clean the loogie off the windshield myself. It was vacuum but driven through a drive-through car wash one time. Had about 70 dead insects splatters on the front. I couldn't get a ride from them from the the auto body shop. That was in spring Hill. And was not more than 12 minutes away. What are the millennial gen z years said we don't drive outside of Conway. And then probably resume her social media on her phone. I really wish Enterprise had a car available.

$800 for 3 day in a damaged, extremely dirty, Toyota Camry that had no gas. I had to take an Uber 40 minutes to get this vehicle because they didn't have any rental vehicles at the airport in Little Rock. They told me this was the only vehicle they had and they didn't have a detailer so the car had not been cleaned in a LONG time. When I mention that there was no gas and there was damage on the car, they did not offer to give me a discount or assist in any way. I contacted Hertz corp, through the website. They instructed me to "just drop it off and get a different one". When I told them that there was no other vehicle, this was the only one within an hour drive, they told me I'd have to take it up with the local hurts that I picked it up at because it was privately owned. I don't understand why these rental companies are allowed to treat customers this way. Something needs to be done!
