My complaint concerns the disconnect between the online booking and actually what is available at the location. When you call to check availability/make a reservation, the automated system keeps telling you that you should do it online, for more complete info and faster service. So I eventually hang up and easily make a reservation on their website. Then I show up to get the rental, only to be told that they have nothing available. Please fix this disconnect.

I had a one-way rental that I dropped off here. Everyone in the office was super friendly. But I want to give a special shoutout and thank you to Mr. Dillan. When I couldn't hail a Lyft to get to my final destination, he drove me there. That extra courtesy really helped me a lot. I would definitely rent from there again.

I booked a car. Ordered Uber for $25 to get there. And they said they don’t have any cars available and my reservation is not guaranteed. Spend another $25 on Uber to go back. “Awesome” way to spend $50

Walked into this hertz here in Daphne AL around 4:30pm my car had just broke down and I was stranded and really needed a car even though the store close at 5pm The Manager Trainee here Damien Rudolph was outstanding!! He stayed pass his time to get off and cleaned me up a dirty car and rented it to me and was very kind and polite and had manners out of this world ! Damien me and my husband want to thank you a million of times if we could you are an amazing person and I will recommend anyone to you anytime !! Thank you again sir !!

One star is too many. I reserved a car online had to take a Lyft to get to the location and then once I’m there the lady rudely tells me they don’t have any cars available. After reading some of the comments, I see this is common for them. Very unprofessional and nasty.

Had a reservation for a week. Showed up and stood there 40 minutes just to be told they didn’t have a car for me. When I asked why I wasn’t told when I got here 40 minutes before the woman complained about her manager the whole time.

Best staff ever, If you are in need of a rental and near this location don't hesitate to call this location!!! I'm a truck driver, truck broke down need a rental to go home. My goodness this was the best customer service/support I've received. They are very nice, cars are clean and very knowledgeable on what they do. Thank you thank you thank you!! Love this team,I give then 5 starts all day everyday!@

November 2019: Khadijah at Daphne took care of business! I never got to meet her but I want to say thank you.

October 2019: The Foley office is small and nothing to look at. It has a very limited number of cars to choose from. Always booked in advance. I did get a fantastic upgrade to an Infiniti SUV. The staff is very good.

The rental price for the week was lower than Enterprise.

I am in the process of buying a Hertz car. Great price.
