They didn’t have the car I rented online 2 days prior, the staff is poorly trained, no one was in the front counter and were sleeping in the back, the customer behind us had to knock on the employees only door.

I’ll take partial blame here because I showed up late but why let me reserve a 12pm reservation if you close at 12? Customer rep was rude and wouldn’t give me my vehicle that I had reserved and basically told me to kick rocks because he was closing shop. Don’t recommend this location

I had an amazing experience renting from this location. My first time here. My car was in an accident the other person's fault. I only had liability and had no idea the person ate fault insurance was responsible to make sure the rental car was fully covered before I drove it off the lot. I had no idea until the manager assisted me. The rental car was new and the manager made every effort to make sure the process was expedited and I was comfortable. I will definitely rent from them if I need a car again. Customer service and professional treatment goes along way. Thank you

The Service they Promise before you Rent a car, Denied and did not Provide. Aug 28 to Aug 30, 2024
Before I rent a car, I called this Location talk with Amy , She said “They can provide pick up and drop off service within 5 Miles”.
After this information I book a car on line then call them talked with Alan to pick me up,
Alan said “Amy made a mistake, they can pick up only within 3 miles”. Because I was 4 miles away., I said ok then I managed to go there and rent A car for two days., after 2 days when I drop off the Car, I asked Alan to drop me off as they Promised within 3 Miles, which the location that I want to go BUT ALAN REFUSED TO DROP ME OFF , this time tge reason Alan give, He said “ We provide the service to Insurance booking Clines Not personnel booking”.’
Alan was and is laying every step of the booking., he was nice before booking and changed after I booked the car online.,
If you need good PROMISING service DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Hate this place a lot as Saturday it was you owe $422.70 for the replacement rental to be giving after an accident I almost died in after crashing it because of popped tire. Today after needing to get my stuff from the trunk it's gone to hertz via tow truck and no the Mgr won't give me my stuff back until I pay $1300+ but can't because my way to do it is in the trunk in a way!! So don't go to Arnele Avenue in El cajon, California

Staff are nice, selection of vehicles varies, but they do their best to take care of you!
Only problem I ever had was corporate allowing me to book a car when the place was closed which was a system issue and not with the local office.
