They are super fast and get you on the road! First car I got needed an oil change before I even got it loaded for our trip ! They traded me out no problem! Second one could have been a little cleaner! But the car ran great and I got friendly service so win win!

When trying to call, the phone number listed is for the Springdale airport, not for Hertz. The person there told me they have tried many times to get the phone number changed and they get many calls a day for Hertz, but it always gets changed back to them. Sounds like Hertz doesn’t want phone calls or business, so we will be renting from Enterprise from now on.

Also, the hours listed are incorrect too. Says they are open until 9 but apparently they close at 5.

Just nasty! It smelled so bad in the car we had to drive with the windows down. The windows had dog nose prints all over them (i tried to darken the pic so you could see, its the whole window). Stains all over the seats...literally all of them the roof even had them! When Doug did the initial walk thru with the guy he said 'wow this one got away from you guys' and all he said was yea. Thank goodness we only needed it for a few hours while my Tiguan was getting its inspections. Seriously so gross all because of laziness! Look at all the bad reviews.... dirty cars!

Horrible experience. Will never rent from here again. We paid $144 a day for a mid size SUV and this is the roller skate they thought was appropriate and fit the description of a “Chevy Equinox or similar”. It’s dirty inside and out and is nowhere near what they advertise online. When asked about the rate they said it is what it is and we could wait for another one.

Hertz customer service was fantastic. The dealership I was coming from was an hour late dropping me off and I was going to be late to work. When I arrived at Hertz, the two gentleman working immediately took care of my rental with urgency and quality. They had the car waiting right outside of the front door, keys in the ignition and AC on. I was in and out of there in 2 minutes and able to make it to work on time. Highly recommend!
