This Hertz is THEE worst location. This would have been my third rental from this location. I wasn't really satisfied previously (the vehicles were dirty). Unprofessional, low standards, not proficient and are lacking in their abilities to provide excellent customer service.

I had a reservation for October 4, 2024 and upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle there were customers standing outside. At first glance I thought their lobby was full and the line was backed up to the outside.

However, as I started to exit my vehicle I observed a man knocking on the door and pulling on the door handle. I asked him what was going on and he said they've locked the door and have run out of vehicles. I said wait, they didn't bother to call any customers ahead of time?

I started calling their number in an effort to see what was going and no one answered the phone. Long story short, I had to cancel my trip.

I'm not sure who manages this location, but their position needs to be reconsidered because obviously there are major issues.

I use Hertz whenever I fly out of town and absolutely love the professionalism and great customer service that I've received over the years. I've been a Gold member for years and the only complaint I have is with this subpar location.

I recommend someone from corporate visits this location as a customer not as corporate so they can experience the poor customer service that the customers experience on a regular basis. I'll be traveling again in a few weeks and will be picking up my Hertz rental from the airport in that state.

I don't anticipate any issues with Hertz, because I've experienced their good standards. This particular location is not displaying those standards.

Today 10.14.2024 I checked my credit card statement and was charged a deposit fee of $74. I spoke with Jeremy the manager and he has referred me to customer service billing to receive a credit. I will contact billing as suggested.

Worst experience ever. I made a reservation when I went to pick it up. They did not tell me that they did a credit check to rent a vehicle. Therefore I did not get approved and I wasted the entire day because my appointment was at 4:30. I asked him if there was gonna be any issues they said no everything was ready to go for tomorrow and when I showed up, Hector told me that I did not get approved because of my credit. I just was trying to rent a vehicle. Somewhere else is horrible. Hector is a hard worker, but is not made for customer service. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. He doesn’t know how to communicate to people.

I wish I could give a negative one but one star will have to suffice to express my anger and total frustration with this location. 2weeks ago I made a reservation and proceeded to the location only to be told because I made the reservation same day they had no car for me. I tried again and made a reservation yesterday, arrived this morning same thing. Any reservations made yesterday or today they couldn’t accommodate. Have you ever heard of turning off reservations? Why keep taking if you can’t fulfill? I’m done, I won’t back and suggest no one else go either! I waited 13 minutes after I arrived to even be waited on to get that news. The only reason I used them is because I get a corporate rate but it does me no good. They are not the only game in town ?

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! I’m not sure how this location hasn’t been shut down yet. Over a year of people posting the same issues!

I made a reservation over 2 weeks ago. When I arrived to pick up my car, they said all they had was 1 Tesla. They said I would also still be charged to cancel my reservation. How does that make ANY sense?

I would give negative stars if I could.

This seems to be a reoccurring issue with this location. Shut them down Hertz, do you job as a corporation.

Worst car rental experience in my 53yrs on earth!!
I will NEVER use Hertz again!!
Paid upfront for a rental car for two weeks while my car was in the shop getting fixed. I went to pick up my rental, NO cars were available, then after 30 minutes they found a car for me, and it was complete filth in side, but I needed to get back to work so I took it, after work I took it get get washed and cleaned myself. Then I returned it 2 days earlier and NO refund, they’ve held my deposit for over 8 days, finally got hold of someone in customer support, after waiting 20min on hold, I had to get an approval code to get my $200 deposit back, absolute joke of a company, NEVER again will I rent from Hertz.

I had a car reserved for business! The girl walks out and says oh by the way all have is electric. Nice of them to tell me when I called to confirm!! On top of her calling a lady an idiot in Spanish that she was helping!! Absolutely a horrible place!! Don’t bother going here!!!

They don’t answer their phone. I called the office and the main line. After 8 calls got someone to talk to. They tried contacting the store and the store didn’t answer again. I initially was in 8/22 with a confirmed reservation and they said they didn’t have anymore cars available. Told me to call Friday 8/23 and I tried multiple times. They didn’t answer. I tried all weekend and no answer. Arrived 8/26 and waited Over an 1hr to get a car. There were two people in the office. One rep left for a break while people were waiting. They possess no customer skills! I reported this office to corporate and to my company to choose a different agency for rental in the future.

Where do I begin? Replacement rental while our car was being repaired. GEICO to cover the entire bill. They never answered their phone and I tried for multiple days and hours. GEICO secured the reservation. Pick up day, filthy car, and terrible odor and condition. Drop off day they open on SAT at 9 am, they were late to open!! There were 4 of us standing in the heat, waiting for them to open. We watched while the clerk sped fast and parked and ran to the back office to open the doors approx 9.:07. This was on 9/28. He said another person is scheduled to help him but wasn't sure when they'd arrive. He spent almost 20 minutes typing frantically, and didn't say a word to me. He then asked if I had anything due, and I advised GEICO to pay for this directly. I handed him the keys, asked his name and said I'll need it if I get any erroneous charges.
Fast forward to 10/2 and they billed my credit card $400!
Can't call Hertz for support, IVR roundhouse nightmare with dead ended options. My only recourse is to return to the agency and waste time and gas and deal with this incompetent staff and poorly owned and operated franchise. I'm absolutely disgusted.
