We had an issue on a Sunday, we called the location (which was closed) and there was a voicemail telling us to call a 1-800 number. When we called this number, the people told us the ONLY option to talk to the actual location. Which is insane, considering this location is closed on weekends and after 4pm. We could not get ANY help from corporate and the reason we rented with Hertz is that we thought we could trust this brand. HOWEVER, apparently this "branch" wasn't a real hertz so no one could help us resolve our issue. They should not be allowed to call themselves Hertz if corporate can do nothing to step in when there is an issue.

We recently rented on vacation. We had a rock hit the windshield. We told them at check in and asked if we needed to pay now for the repair or claim on insurance. The check in attendant asked said it would only be $25 for the repair and even called his boss to confirm in front of me. I wrote on the claim that we would pay for the repair. They have now charged me $525 for a windshield replacement. Lesson learned. I’ll get it replaced myself next time.

Wow.
I drove all the way to the airport in Harrison to pick up a car I paid for online.
The person working informed me that the only car they have got extended by the previous customer the previous day. No one informed me until I showed up. Thirty minutes before everything else closes.
Surely a case of inbreeding going on. Avoid them. Just go to Branson.

Make sure you check your statement on your bank acct. Took out more money then what was owed. Have to rent car more days bc they are not open but certain days and hours. Just crazy. Turn and look somewhere else. Took Beth a week to finally talk after leaving messages after messages about why I was charged for this amount. Well finally caught her at the office and now have to send proof of what we have. Always take before and after pictures of the car and gas with milage. Just a heads up .Yes I can prove my side. So we shall see but I'm wondering how many times this place has done this. Now to go back and get all my statements and paperwork.

Mrs Beth is the greatest, she assisted me with my rental after business hrs and made sure my reservation was complete and the airport staff had my keys and contract. She went above and beyond, very grateful for her.

This company does nothing but lie to you and takes out more money than they are supposed too. I rented A car for one day on June 22 and returned on a Saturday, June 23 at 10:30 AM I should have been charged $118.74 but this company took $364 out of my account due to them not being able to afford to pay employees to keep their company open on weekends to return the car, so they charged me for two more days until Monday when they could afford an employee to check it back in, I will be going to my bank and putting a stop payment on this transaction I will only pay for one day that I rented a car for. I have paperwork showing they adjusted the days and proof showing that I should have money returned to me.

This was my second time to use Hertz. Just as the last time, they were very fast, super friendly, and gave me a wonderful car to drive after my wreck. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in town except Hertz!

I love Beth! She's always been more than accommodating and has a smile the whole time! Rentals are very reasonably priced and always clean! I definitely recommend!
