Unprofessional, pathetic, illiterate and rude staff , zero help , slow , and very bad behavior,

We waited for 1 hour with the infant and luggage, they didn't apologize for the wait , they didn't tell us that the car is not available , they didn't bother to talk us regarding the issue , the black women with long hairs and glasses very cheap behavior she went inside without telling us to wait , and she was bot sorry for that , we talked with another black women with the dyed short hairs she didn't apologize fir the mistake she said we don't have car you can Go , seriously !! we waited for 1 hour and now your are telling us that you dinhave car and we have to leave because we were addressing your pathetic behavior. We went outside with the luggage and infant in this cold weather,

They didn't apologize and they were not realizing thr mistake , very rude very pathetic ,
We are at enterprise now , we got our car within 5mins , will never use hertz again,

Goodbye hertz ......
We are already late for our event and important meeting to another state .

Horrible customer experience. They had one employee only and she was incredibly rude. She didn't care about her job, Hertz, or any of the customers. She was zero help in returning my car, I had issue with my rental, she said she could do nothing. I picked up my car in Louisiana. She told me I had to go back there to address any issues. What a joke. Waved me off and when I said that she was rude and I would be giving a bad review she said "I don't care". I am not even addressing the fraud that occurred from the Shreveport location, just this location gets 1 star from me. I will never rent from Hertz again.

1 star only cause I had to. Understaffed, rude and super slow. It took close to an hour to rent a car on Thursday morning. Returned the car Friday at 4, pulled it up to the door and handed the keys to the Hertz rep. Monday morning I got a call that the car hadn’t been returned. Waited on hold for 15 minutes and ……oh yeah still waiting. I handed the keys to the man and pulled the car up to the door! Why am I getting calls from Hertz

I have to rent again this week and at this point, it’s my only option. But if you have other options - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

As others have said, I had to go back TWICE to vacuum a rental that I had for 6 weeks while my car was repaired. I was also told this was because of 'Debris' and 'Pet Hair'. I am attaching the photos I took after the first vacuuming I did. This was the condition of the car when I was told the 2nd time I was going to be charged a cleaning fee. It's sad, because the employees were otherwise nice and helpful.

The lady was talking on her personal phone while helping us. On top of that we were told our car would be ready by 1 and we got there and they said that they were just getting started on it. Terrible customer service.

Checked the previous reviews before I booked a reservation here, but took the chance since it’s the closest. Was mostly concerned about running out of vehicles to rent but during a long weekend they were able to provide me with one, I mean it wasn’t the one I originally reserved but ended up with an upgrade. Picking up took around 15 minutes, dropping off was pretty quick. Folks here are nice.

Do not use this place. They do not honer reservations. Furthermore, I show up 20 minutes before my reservation and they have no car for me. Then as it takes 25 minutes to tell me that they refuse to cancel the reservation so that I will be charged a no show fee because it is now after the time for my reservation. So I have to call and wait 45 minutes to talk to the reservation people to save myself. The forty dollar reservation fee. So two hours out of my day and no car. And to add insult to injury, they are rude!

On multiple separate occasions, I have booked a rental from this location, only to arrive and be told they had no vehicle to give me. This is literally the only hertz location from which I have ever been denied a reservation.

Just go somewhere else. This location will cause you problems. You'd think in the age of the internet, they'd be able to just not let you book a reservation if there won't be any cars available. But I guess it's more fun for them to pretend it's 1980 and information travels at a snails pace.
