I just want to say a huge thank you to Sara the manager of this location. We had an issue at the Enterprise Rental office because they said they don't accept Vise or debit cards from Bank of America. It was 4:20 on 3/5 and I was not sure how I was going to get to Little Rock in the morning. I call the Hertz at the Hot Springs airport and Sara was able to get me a car and on my way. I want Sara to know how much I appreciate what she did for me and my wife. That is what customer service should look like. Thank you again Sara and I see why you are the manager. I'm calling your manager Larry, and letting him know how amazing you are.

Donny fallow googles directions they will take you to BBB united rental! Hertz is right at the main entrance at the airport.

This location gave my rental away and claimed they only had to wait an hour from the booking time for me to show. I received no call or notification of said policy, nor was I aware that the car must be picked up by 0800. This was a military rental, booked through DTS. I flew in but was delayed several hours due to inclement weather.

Do not rent any car from hertz they will rip you off lie about deposit have you believing that theres a deposit i waited 14 days for my deposit and never received i called i was told that i only payed for car insurance which was 25 per day for two day my total was $86 and i payed $275 just for two day huge rip off please guys do not rent any car from them and another thing is that they want you have the car full with gas but no deposit back just wow big rip off

I can see why this Hertz gets such bad reviews. I work for a company who has a contract with Hertz! I use them all over the nation! This location will charge your card twice some times! When you call to ask they threaten to not let you rent from the location again! All I want was to know why my card got charged twice! Larry was rude and never got an answer on why my card got charged twice! Just treats and blamed me when his employee did wrong! I will get to the bottom of this !

First, let me say that any 5-star review is an absolute farce. We reserved our car ahead of time and, then, when we arrived to pick it up the male employee lied and told us, “there are no cars available.” We asked to speak with the manager and thank goodness for her! She came and told us that they did have cars available and asked him to bring a car around. When he brought the first car around it was filthy — the seats were covered in dog hair and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for a different vehicle and the guy’s response was, “Well, if you don’t like it, we don’t force anyone to rent cars.” His nasty attitude and unprofessionalism was only covered by the sweet lady manager who, again, insisted that he find us a clean vehicle. The manager is the only reason that I gave 2-stars instead of 1-star.

Filed claim with insurance to use Hertz while car was being fixed. Twice they were supposed to pick me up and dropped the ball. Left voice-mail 3 days before to confirm they didn't forget me the second time. Never got a call back. Once I was finally able to make it there the rate insurance gave me was $4 lower than what Hertz was trying to charge me. Sarah had a terrible attitude about it. Slammed keys down. Was not at all friendly. Absolutely will never use them again. The only reason I did was because they were supposed to be cheaper than enterprise. Enterprise customer service is 1,000x better.

Not again, very rude & refuses to allow one way rentals, but their website allows it. Do NOT go here. They never have Internet, they're full of excuses.
