BEWARE HERTZ IS AWFUL: Rented for $300 a week plus charging cost for 5 weeks. Paid about $500 weekly with charging. So when I returned vehicle I had paid $2,500. 3 days later Random unexplainable charges started. For the next 3 months $5,000 in charges bring rental total to $7,500 for 5 weeks and 4,000 miles driven. No one could explain why I was being charged that much. There was no receipts and no bills.

I’ve never had an experience this bad. Rented a car so I wouldn’t miss work (car in the shop) , drove a few errands then when I get to work, the car wouldn’t go in park, could not turn it off j had to put it in neutral and use the emergency brake just to get it to stop. missed work because I couldn’t turn the car off. Had to take it all the way to LAX to return it and was forced to get an exchange now that I no longer need a rental because my sole purpose was missed. This was a nightmare! A waste of time and money and I will be getting a refund and making a big deal about it

Very very horrible service and no cars available I called 10 times to make sure they have vehicles and no response I paid for Uber and arrived there to say no cars available than close your business don’t waste our time and money

Absolute garbage customer service. I heard the guy saying he treated everyone there like family, I am glad I'm not related. When you have 10 people in your lobby stop answering the phone, or put them on hold. If you give away someone's car because they're late due to extenuating circumstances, upgrade them dont charge them double, it's what the airport does and you should to.

It’s always the petty people who make a business have lower than 5 star rating.
This Hertz is a complete 5, Nick and Christian are amazing, yes sometimes calls tend to take longer to be taken but they’re human and some people are fully knowledgeable about rental sites and prices or simply outdated from using common internet sense.
Definitely will ALWAYS go to this site when re tal is needed again.

I like the female staff here (don't wanna divide by gender but I'm going but what I've experienced). I picked up a Corolla for a week this Thanksgiving and returned it on Saturday. Just a min after I gave my car they (2 staff members) gave it to someone else without cleaning or sanitizing. I didn't receive the car in the same used condition though. It was pretty clean and smelling good.
Overall MY experience was good with the services.
