DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
They are trying to blame scratches that were there before our reservation
Don’t use this location
Tesla that we rented was in bad condition with a safety light on and they just brushed it off and said it was fine
Steering wheel was peeling so they put a cheap cover on it
Tesla had about 100k miles on it and in bad condition

I would put 0 stars if it was available. I booked a rental car on a 3rd party website and the charge was supposed to be $288.00 When we actually rented the car the charges came to $422.xx We pre paid for gas and they said taxes were not included plus partial day rental etc, etc. I accepted the explanation (I knew the $79 for pre paid gas was not included) I did not agree with the rest but did not have much of a choice at this point. After I got home from my trip my cc was charged $929.xx. They are telling me I dropped off the car 5 days late even though I flew out on the drop off date and was out of the country when they said I dropped it off. I am on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this issue. Looks like Ill have to dispute it with my cc company. I wonder how many customers they actually try to scam like this. Beware renting from Hertz especially if the drop off location has no personnel to give you a drop off receipt...

POOR SERVICE!!!! I made and reservation and when I got there the guys told me no cars. He just sat there unbothered and his name was Jeff! I contacted the branch manager and Regional manager I believe. I’m still waiting on a return call/ email back it’s been 12 day! This location is a JOKE and it definitely doesn’t carry the HERTZ name as I know it to be. But I guess when you at not a cooperate location you can do whatever you want!

Horrible Horrible Horrible service! Booked a vehicle. Called 11 times to confirm they had the vehicle, no one answered. I took a $50 uber to get to the rental place. I get there and the guy is just sitting there and then tells me they don’t even have the vehicle. So why let me reserve something y’all don’t even have. Ridiculous. Not to mention they charged me $60 after telling me they didn’t have anything. This place is a big inconvenience and pretty much a scam.

I've been waiting at the airport for 15 minutes. I've seen many many competitor buses (enterprise, sixt, etc) but the Hertz LAX bus is non-existent. This is part of your service, folks.

Reserved a Tesla months I advance, was promised a "garunteed model" but was told the best they could give me was a sedan. The whole point of getting a tesla was to not have to pay for gas in California. If you couldn't promise the car, don't make me garuntees you can't uphold.

Totally unfriendly staff, not helpful.

We booked a standard rental car through ADAC (German Automobile Club) with Hertz, as we have had good experience with them so far.
Once there, we encountered an unfriendly employee who reacted irritably to every question. We did not get a protocol about damages to the car. After we were at the car, we saw that the car was dirty inside and the seats were completely smeared (among other things with food). The car also had damages. In addition, the car said that a service is due in 18 days, but we had a reservation for 30 days! After asking again and asking to come to the car to inspect it, I was just told that the agent would not come to the car and we would not get another car because it could not be that bad and would not get another car because there is no other car available. Either we take this or he cancels my booking!!!
Since we had a 20 hour journey behind us, we then took this car. Because of the service needed in 18 days, we could then exchange the car in another station the next day.
One star only because it is not possible to give zero!!!

THE WORST. MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE ALREADY FOR THE DEPOSIT YET THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT IN THEIR SYSTEM AND THEYRE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IVE BEEN HERE FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS NOW!!!!!!!
