Absolutely worthless. I will never rent from these people or deal with them in any business again. I reserved a car a week before pickup because mine is in the shop and I was trying to make it to my twin daughters first birthday. I work here and travel back to spend time with them. The guy was not only extremely rude but basically told me he didn't care and they don't care if hertz already charged me for the rental because if I didn't pick it up it would go back on the card. That's a lie when I talked to hertz they said they were unaware and would have marked it as a "no show" and charged me anyway. I wish I could give them less than a 1. Do not deal with these people.

Just another lake county disappointment ! Reserved car rental 2 months in advance and then told there’s no car available. Now working with customer support trying to figure out why this is even allowed. Why let someone reserve if it they can’t deliver? False advertising is what it is.

I made a vehicle reservation online. I got an email confirming my reservation. I was super excited to get to be going home to see my family. I went to pick up my rental & the guy was like, "Oh sorry, we dont have any rentals right now."
I cried for a half an hour. My weekend is ruined.
Not only did they tell me I'd have a car when I reserved it, they couldnt even bother to let me know there wasnt one until the second I walked through the door!
When I tried to chat with the Hertz website their online chat did the same thing, just let me wait & wait & wait & never connected me to anyone. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. Never giving them my business EVER AGAIN.
