Picked up today car was nasty, stinky, window and outside of car were nasty car was not washed window not cleaned the smell was ridiculous. Called to exchange and now I have to wait for someone to return something. Reservations made over week ago. Never have I ever rented a car that was in this condition only had 2/8th tank gas. My clothes smelled so bad after being in the vehicle. Was told no other locations had something I could exchange for, the worst experience I've ever had when renting a car. I recommend using another different rental company all together.

The atmosphere was off. Everyone seems to have attitudes and they don't love their job. The first car I received was so dang on stinky, it smelled like cigarettes and a drunk man. The second car was horrible too. They lack empathy and customer service. Sometimes people are going through things and all they need is a good convo or say something nice to them. You get what you give.

I had recently been involved in a hit and run and less two days ago made a reservation through my insurance company to get a rental because I have orientation for college tomorrow and wouldn’t have a ride. I had received a call from this location from a lady asking if I was still coming and I said yes never have she told me that they didn’t have any cars available. My mom wasted her time and gas and was told up there soon as we arrived they didn’t have any cars and that a truck supposed to come with some cars and if someone drops off a car I’ll be the first to call. I feel as though I could’ve been told this before we made a blank trip that’s not some type of information that you can forget to tell someone. Very unprofessional of the lady. The guy knew too but he wasn’t the one that called me so I’m not gonna bash him but the location overall is unprofessional and the lady that called me should’ve said yeah we don’t have any cars available at the moment.

The agent was soo rude she was answering the phone making me wait while she was helping me rent a car and her attitude was so nasty. That car was very visibly filthy on the outside and it smelled so bad on the outside that we had to stop 4 times to spray it with air freshener, and when I complained the agent said they was nothing that could be done and they knew the car was dirty before they gave it to me, I will never rent a car from hertz ever again

I booked here 3 times ahead of time, and lost out on money for my trips because they gave my rental away and told me that they didn’t have anymore. & they didn’t have no type of remorse. I feel like something should be done about this.

Don’t rent from here! I was on a business trip and tried to reserve a car at the Mobile airport but they didn’t have any vehicles. I mistakenly reserved a car at this location, an $80 Uber ride. When I arrived I was greeted with “we don’t have no cars”. But I have a reservation, I said. Yeah but we don’t have no inventory. The two employees could not have had less sympathy about my situation. And then had the audacity to say I was being rude. I had not raised my voice or used any profanity but I was rude because I was stranded. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, anywhere else.

It would be a big help if you had alerted Google that your location was incorrect, or had it noted on your website. I spent 20 minutes looking for the place. So hint to other people...go by the address...or put in Dollar rent a car.. The woman who works here needs some help! Trying to answer the phone, get keys, process customers paperwork is too much. I reserved a sub-compct and got a SUV, which cost me more for gas on my 400 trip.

Do not use these people, went to pick up vehicle, told reservation not avalable, had to up charge. My car in VW dealer for service, took what they forced on me. When car was returned, told had to pay a cleaning charge or clean it myself. Drove back to VW mobile dealer clean up guy clean VAC car, laughed and said it was very clean already. Took it back to Hertz they still told me I was being charge for cleaning. All I could say was they should be more like VW of Mobile. Pic of car below
