The staff was very engaging during my pick-up. They provided me with the pros and cons regarding additional coverage and the expectation of the agreement. I must add that this location does not have a drop box and it is closed on the weekend. I was extremely grateful the young man who arrived 30 minutes before opening allowed me to turn in my keys before 8 am so that I could get to work. That is the only reason this rating is not 5 stars.

I booked a transit van over a month ago and paid for it upfront.
Very important that I have this vehicle due to a business matter I even called to confirm before I went over there.
When I got there, they had no vehicle for me and no other option.!!!!
I will never do business with Hertz again.

incredibly disappointed with my experience. my husband and i made a reservation for a 2/4 door economy car about a week ago and when we went to pick it up today, we were told they had ZERO cars available. we were then told we can wait for them to get cars but it would most likely be a larger SUV and we would have to pay the price difference even though it’s no one’s fault but Hertz that they don’t have the car we reserved. the lady we dealt with was so nonchalant about the whole thing as well and never apologized and basically told us to just wait and see what happens. horrible customer service and you can tell there is not a single ounce of communication between employees and customers.

Made reservations 2 days in advance, called to verify the reservation and was told twice would have a vehicle . Got there for my reservation and was told as i was leaving for a trip, we have no cars. The hospitality was awful. Not accommodating what so ever, didn’t even want to call other locations to check. Would highly not recommend using this location.

The rental process for me was pretty easy/simple and standard, so nothing outside the ordinary there. However, Tameka was absolutely amazing! Not only was she professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable during the rental process but she was EXTREMELY kindhearted as I was a little emotional during the transaction. She talked with me and gave me a hug - it was just beyond what I typically would have expected. That is what made this experience above and beyond for me. Thank you again Tameka for being so amazing.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely AWFUL customer service and the attendant was one of the rudest people I have ever met and talked to me like I was a child. I said "no wonder you guys have such a bad rating" and then she threatened to increase the cost of my rental for saying something. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I want my money back! I’ve been on the phone waiting for your so-called “support” to answer for the last 57 minutes and counting! Please get it together! You can start by getting my money back..

I came here today trying to return my car early. The lady tried every thing she could to help me but it was too expensive to return out of state. However the woman that was helping me was amazing, compassionate and tried calling her manager to make sure they did everything they could. Would definitely recommend this location. From the start I was told calling the 1800 number was my best option but she still went above and beyond to help me.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Made a reservation on 3/9/22 to pickup a rental vehicle on 3/11/22. My reservation was for 8:00am. Upon arrival the lady at the desk was rude, claimed she didn’t have a reservation for us. After giving her our name 3 times she goes oh I see but I don’t have a car for you. She proceeded to inform us it would be 10:00am before she could have a car for us- 2 hours after our reservation. We asked would a discount be applied for the inconvenience and of course she said no. She rudely asked for our cell phone number which she should already have on our reservation and said she would call. We sat in the parking lot and watch two separate transactions take place and the customers leave in rentals. I attempted to call customer support who offered zero customer service or support for the issue. The lady could have took the time to call and let us know the issue before we drove all the way to the location to receive her incompetent version of customer service. I understand things are rough these days but that is no excuse for poor customer service and just bad business period, especially for a corporate company that charges as much as they do.
