go to any other car rental company. this review is just based on reserving/ picking up a vehicle. apparently they let you reserve cars that they don't even have in stock. they also don't price match it if the car they do have in stock costs more. their customer service is awful. avoid at all costs! also made us wait for over an hour just to tell us this. so dumb.

About two months ago I went to rent a car at this location. I was assisted by a young lady named Erica or Jessica, I'm not sure. On that occasion I received very good service from her, this time I went back and unfortunately she was busy and I was assisted by another young lady who has a very bad attitude, I noticed this with the clients she served before me and with me, unfortunately this young lady does not like her job, she should go and look for a job that she likes or stay home and stop making life difficult for the clients of this company, or is that why they hired her, to do a bad job and have a very disrespectful attitude.

Rented a car online for pick up the next day. Day of, I received a call 20mins before picking up my rental, only for them to tell me they don't have the car. They then said they are going to call other locations and will call me back in a few minutes. I waited all day for a call and received no call back. I called the office a few hrs after my initial call, but only received a recording saying the office was closed. I then called customer service who said the vehicle was available and there was nothing they could do for me. This would have been my very first time renting through Hertz and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Horrible customer service, lack of communication, poor inventory, all around disappointment.

This is absolutely ridiculous , this hertz has gave me such a hard time! I've been here waiting for for a car I reserved for over in hour, I ask to speak with a manager the manager refused to speak with me. I ask the agent how long with it take to give me the car and she said she doesn't know. Every Spanish person is being help accept me. I'm literally just standing here I called my insurance agent and she said hertz is known for this there very difficult and they are very unprofessional . Avoid this place especially if you're non-Hispanic.

Update received the car 2 hours and 15 min later , the car was filthy and it only had a 23% charge. On the contract she wrote it was 5/8 charged. This rental location needs to remove everyone of these morning employees… you don’t care about customers.. I wished I would of looked up your reviews before I agreed to use my insurance service there but I did it after and I see why you have 2 stars and so many bad reviews.. your customer service is the worst… I will never do business with your company again or at least this type of location.

My insurance pays my rental i have full coverage and hertz gave me a very hard time and made me pay for it and i had to dispute it and get reimbursed from my insurance, and took them 40 mins to get me the car after they said it would be out in 5 mins, i definitely dont recommend

I advise do not rent with them, I had a bad customer service experience here at this branch, they charged me double now for the refund I am running behind them since more then a month. The area manager Mr. Andrew is the most unprofessional person, I went to meet him after waiting for two hours he denied to meet me and the representative at counter ask me leave and said that Andrew had your number he will call you, also I sent email to Andrew and other persons but Andrew never reply to me. If any concern person read this message kindly contact me to solve this issue.

Worst customer service I ever had no smile. No eye contact .when she spoke to me she was looking at her computer all the time plus they gave me electric car had to find stations .then they didn't work next one I stayed in line for 2 hrs
