“I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members at your car rental company. His behavior was extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. He raised his voice when speaking to customers, treating them in a manner more suitable for a street market than a business. Additionally, there was a lack of honesty. When I arrived at the location to rent a car, I was told there were no vehicles available, despite being informed otherwise earlier. This kind of service is unacceptable.”

The location didn’t have the type of vehicle I reserved on their website. My initial frustration quickly turned into complete satisfaction. Miguel was very accommodating and offered an alternative option, which worked out perfectly in the end. Great service from Miguel. Thank you.

I've been using Hertz for my car rentals for years and have had great experiences. My past rental was a nightmare. I booked a week long rental three months before my trip with insurance and used a AAA discount. When I went to pick up my prepaid rental the representative at the Hertz office in Rowland Heights rushed me and ended up charging me for another rental and insurance. He was also very rude to a foreign man who knew little English who was in line behind me. When I brought this concern to Hertz about being overcharged we exchanged a few emails but they ended up dodging my request for a refund and ultimately just stopped responding to my emails. This is not a good place to do business with. I will never use Hertz services again and I recommend to my friends and community to use their competitors instead.

I booked I car rental today and when I went to get it they did not give me the rental since I didn't have a major credit card I explain to them that I only had my bank card the same one I did the booking with and they didn't care leaving me outside in the hot because there were in a hurry to go home. I got charge $40 for insurance I never used. I need a refund. I went to Enterprise and I got a rental with no problem at all. They lost a customer with me. The customer service in the front desk is rude and make me feel that my business was not good enough.

Very bad rent car experience. Shady car rent shop. You have to buy all damage insurance and carefully check if you rent a car in the shop. Otherwise you will pay more. This is a picture of the front window of the car when I returned it. I never have accident and damage for the car. However, the shop staff tell me that there are two small chips in the front glass. Then charge me $160. I didn't buy insurance, so I need to pay. So terrible experience. The shop business like a trap for customer.
