Not a terrible experience. It was ok in the sense that they had a rental car at a competitive price that was in good condition and it served its intended purpose. That said, they have very few rental options available on site. The wait times or processing times are incredibly long for just dropping off and picking up a car and most of the staff isn’t very friendly. It’s a faster and more positive experience to walk over to Enterprise located just across the parking lot.

I had a great experience renting an SUV at this location. I was taken care of right away, David was super helpful, and I was able to drive out in about 10mins. I returned the car during off hours which was super convenient. Great place.

OUTSTANDING STAFF!!! Very clean office. Great service. Excellent car selection. Fair rental rates. Easy to rent the car and return it. I had some transmission repairs on my car and needed a rental car for 3 days. The experience was really great. I also listened carefully to how other customers were managed while I was there - the friendliness plus professionalism really made a great difference in their experiences too. Very friendly staff. Wasn't to satisfy though. Computers were down at the time of my reservation, and by the time they were working, it was about 45 minutes later. I was given the original time of the reservation to return the car even though their system was down.

Entire staff including Daniel the manager remained professional and helpful throughout the process of my rental and answered any and all questions/concerns timely and gracefully.. not only did they exceed expectations by doing this they still held amazing service during all complications that arose and worked with me to solve everything in a win/win situation. Definitely recommend using this rental service.

The office Personnel were nice and efficient. Did not have to wait long for them to bring the car to the front door business. But the fellow that brought the car up to us needs to learn how to talk to people. He looked as if he just crawled out of bed. He couldn't even comb his hair that day. We waited in the office for him to come in to tell us that he had the car ready. He came in him said the car was outside. We went outside and there were several cars and had to ask him which car it was. The outside of the car had several scratches on it and was dirty. We asked him about the scratches and he said that he noted them. I don't rent cars very often but the last time I did I got a sheet of paper that notated scratches and dings but this guy didn't have one. So we had to take pictures of all the defects so we wouldn't be charged when we turn the car back in. He was just lazy.

My mother in law needed to rent a car to go settle some business in Sacramento. She originally booked with enterprise but over the phone their rep was rude and stressing her out hassling her. I told her hang up were going to hertz.
The young lady who helped us was really sweet and she took care of my mother n law without the hassle. Excellent customer service and we will definitely only rent from them from now on.

Reserved a Full Size Vehicle (Chevrolet Malibu or something similar) through my Capital One Credit Card for $218 and was given a Mid-Size Nissan Altima with Push Start. The key fob was dying (no real key, just a fob) so before leaving I told the lady about the key fob battery and she didn’t seem to care, then I asked if the car was a full size and she said with slight attitude “yes, our only other full size is reserved.”

Then when I returned it, I backed into the spot like every other car there and she didn’t want it backed in since it had just been returned. The car wasn’t backed in when we got it though…

Also, the guy that rented me the car said that they charge a $200 holding fees to Credit Cards and $400 to Debit Cards. When I was returning the vehicle, the lady said that they don’t rent cars with a debit card, that they need a credit card.

Honestly, I don’t plan on EVER going back there to do any business if they have rude people like that or if they FALSELY rent out Mid-Size Vehicles under the Full Size label. My Wife’s Chevrolet Malibu is a full size vehicle, we just didn’t want to put the 400+ mileage on it.

DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! You can easily Google a Nissan Altima and see that it’s a mid-size vehicle
