Overall I am pleased. Car wasn't cleaned but had been turned in earlier in the day and as I'm finding out car rental places don't keep cars-- so, I'm happy that I was able to get a rental same day other than the airport at twice or more the price.

Brent very, very friendly-- he held the car for me a few hours-- that is 5 stars for him!!

Found an old rental receipt in the car-- $20 a day less and it was from March-- hmmmm.
Because I have insurance? Not sure about that. Maybe some peak season thing. Again- just glad to have found a same day rental. And, I suspect I'll have to be in a rental for a while as my jeep is in the shop.

It's a nice 2023 Toyota Camry, never have driven one. It isn't all the bells n whistles but is nicely equipped and pretty fuel efficient. So I'm happy. Excellent gas mileage!

I'll check them out again if needed.

Kind staff. Good vehicle. Reasonably priced. I am happy with the service they provided.

Because this is not an airport site, I would highly suggest that you make a reservation at least one week in advance of needing the vehicle if it's not for use during vehicle maintenance. I made a reservation, and the process was smooth. They even arranged to pick me up; cannot leave a vehicle in the lot.

The only issue I had was that the car smelled like an e-cig or maybe it was just a similar scent.

I will use this rental service again.

Scammed me. I had a car delivered to an FBO location. It was pouring down rain and I did not conduct an inspection. I rent over 50 cars a year and never had an issue so didn’t think was a big deal. I returned the car and a month later received a bill for cracked windshield and scratch on the car. That did not happen during my rental. An employee told me privately the manager gets “dinged” if a car is damaged and they miss it. So, they pass it on to the next customer who rents it. Particularly if that customer buys the insurance. I feel this car had damage that was discovered too late and was passed on to me. Since this incident I have not rented from any Hertz location. Enterprise from now on. If they’re not available then I’ll Uber.

Update 06/08/2023. Have rented more than 30 times since this incident. Not once from Hertz. Stuck to my word. Enterprise or Uber. #neverHertz.

I was given a car with no working headlights. Called roadside assistance waited an hour before anyone answered. Lost a lot of money on my hotel reservation because I can't drive in the dark with no headlights. Called roadside the next morning they sent me to a Hertz to exchange the car. I drove 40 minutes got there and the Hertz had close down during the pandemic. How do people who work for the company not no that their stores are not closed. I will not be renting a car from them EVER again. Missed my family members funeral.

If I could rate a zero I would. I called for pick up. They had confirmation & forgot me. Then gave my car away. Put me in an SUV. Told me they didn't have compacts in their fleet after dealing with customer service, roadside, & 3 different hertz. 4 hours later I'm still nowhere with these people. Please, go to enterprise to rent cars. I will next time. These people are not professional, honest, or capable of honesty...let alone helpful.

It's small and the options are limited in the parking is ridiculous if it's even slightly busy but they had a good attitude
