After my Hertz rental suddenly started having engine issues and not accelerating up hill / breaking down I tried renting from this location to see if they had cars available to exchange. They said yes come in and pick up the car. I call back 5 minutes later all of a sudden the car is “spoken for” and not even rented by anyone when we told them to put the car on hold. Worst customer service I’ve experience and I wouldn’t rent anything from this location. Watch out for these crooks.

Terrible experience, office opened 10 minutes late, car not ready. They do not have a way to charge EV,s so they will never have them ready. The poor girl working can't really help. Got to customer service to cancel my rental, they cannot cancel because it's past the check out time. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my cash returned.

Would give it negative stars if possible. They did not have the car I reserved and I have a two hour wait. Other customers waiting with me had a similar experience. I was eventually given a different vehicle but I never got my deposit back, even after returning the vehicle in mint condition fully gassed. I also never got a copy of my receipt.

The staff is super friendly, and the cars are always clean. I feel bad for the lady though, she only has a limited selection of vehicles, and sometimes may have to turn away 1-way rentals, or she wouldn't have any cars! Not being near a major city or airport leaves incoming vehicles to a rather small number.

I made a reservation online but the staffer either didn’t see it or the online system doesn’t communicate to local branches well. The staffer also had the most defensive personality of any customer service rep I’ve ever had. She could have opened with a simple “I don’t see your reservation but let’s get a car for you anyway,” but she was nearly arguing with me within moments of walking in. This wasn’t an isolated “bad day” because I received the same treatment when I returned the car.

Nice people but they are not upfront about costs. I have always rented with Enterprise and have never had this experience with neglecting to mention certain costs and fees. The price I was quoted when I picked up the car was $90 less than what I was charged when I returned it, even though I returned it exactly when I told them I would. When I told them (twice) my times to pick up and return the car they never mentioned any extra costs. When I asked what the difference in cost was they said it charged me for an extra day even though I returned it on time, and in the morning. All the lady “could” do was take off a few dollars. Disappointed. The only reason I went with this place and not enterprise was because Enterprise was all booked out, but in the future enterprise will be getting all of my business, and the business of my friends and family. Additionally, their hours on google say they open an hour later than they really do, which has lead multiple customers to return cars an hour late and then they are charged for that hour! That is an easy fix that the company has not even put in the effort to remedy. I wonder if it is purposeful so that they can justify some of the extra charges when people return the cars “late”. If you are going to rent from here just be careful; You will need to ask a lot of questions to clarify, because they do not openly offer the truth to you. I don’t mind paying for the cost of the rental, even if it’s high, I just like companies to be honest and upfront, rather than scamming people for the money.

Had to get a rental car due to my car needing to be repaired. I was put in a very clean, and new Buick. Pam and Kendra were amazing, down to earth, and helped every step of the way. I ended up needing to extend the rental for another 6 days and it was handled headache free. I will be coming here for all my rental car needs in the future 😊
