So grateful for Leah on staff here. Rented an "off the truck" car for a business trip. It was... problematic. I ended up with a cracked windshield and a flat tire. It could have been a disaster, but Leah stepped up and made everything right, all while staying positive and professional. Every business could use someone like her. Thank you!

We returned our rental a few minutes after hours and used drop box to return the key. Upon receiving card statement , I had been charged $1500 for a $300 expectation. When I asked about the charges, I was told they we didn't return the car and it had been reported stolen. I tried to recover my funds for 2years. A police report from TAPD stated that the car a been recovered 2 years prior near Dallas, Texas. Very rude manager(Leah) I never receive any refund or compensation.

My rented car had issues on my way to Texarkana. I had no choice but to each Hertz Texarkana. Although it was a last minute request, Ms. Leah did everything she can to provide an alternative car for me to continue my business trip. After making many calls and hug effort, she was able at the end to save my trip and to provide a car replacement. I would definitely recommend using this location as I have rarely seen this work ethics and dedication to help customers. Thank you again!

Poor service, I was over charged. Highly do not recommend.Brandon was rude.when I dropped off the rental, he was at his desk in A corner office. He didn’t get up, he didn’t even inspect my vehicle just made sure the tank was full which it was. the next day I see a $200 charge? Brandon said it was for a detail my rental needed. The first and last time I use hertz!

I always rent from the Summerhill Rd. location and Leah is always very helpful and nice. I last rented in October of 2022 and it was as easy as 123. I'm always in and out and pleased with the cars they provide. Thank You Hertz at Summerhill!

The lady was very helpful My mother-in-law had totaled her truck and we had never dealt with an insurance rental she walked us through everything and explained everything and never got frustrated when we didn't understand she went above and beyond being nice
