Terrible experience they charged me for 5 days and made me return it on the 4th. I explained to the employees 01/23/25 at noon to the 27th is only 4 days and they charged me for the 5 days anyway. Proof below. 3 dollars per day times 5 = 15. 01/23/25-01/27/25 is only 4 days.

Try another car rental company in Vallejo. I had a reservation that they could not honor. I called a few days before to confirm, and everything seemed fine. They asked me to pay the difference for their last vehicle, which cost more in terms of daily price and gas once I arrived.

Rented a car last week from the 15th to the 17th of August. I reserved an economy car and reserved 60 per day and noticed I was charged 80 per day for a Chevy Malibu. They must not have had a smaller car, but I didn’t request an upgrade. So that’s one thing. Then as I am getting ready to board my plane from San Fransisco back home on August 19th, 2 days after I dropped off the car in person, I get a call from Hertz saying I had not returned the car, then they called 2 other times. I contacted corporate and found out the contract had not been closed. So neither of those situations are cool. Corporate is supposed to give me a refund and they had someone check in the car properly on the date I had returned it.
