I have been renting a car from here for more than 4 months and they had been great with customer service! Scotiana helped me with reservations and letting me know about the car that im renting as well as the other guys I wasn’t able to get their name. They have been very welcoming and friendly staff. I will continue to rent from here and I highly recommend it! Make sure to reserve online for faster processing during checking in!

The car we got was nice and reliable. My experience upon pickup on Wednesday on Wednesday 11/27 wasn’t the best compared to competitors. The lady at the front desk seemed to not be to interested in doing her job, she gave me the keys and didn’t explain anything about the car to me and where the controls were. The man at drop off today 11/30 was much nicer and friendlier.

I went to Hertz car rental in West Covina and Jaahmaz Porter, Asst. Manager, was so nice, pleasant, professional, service, oriented, and provided outstanding customer service! This young man was so busy in helping the customers get in their car rentals. He goes beyond the call of duty, and people don’t realize how hard this young man works to ensure that everybody is happy and satisfied with the rentals of the vehicles. “The customer service is outstanding”. Mr. Porter Is a great reflection on Hertz car rental! He deserves a promotion and a raise! He is a wonderful young man! Thank you

Came in at about 10:40AM to pick up a rental I booked for 10:30AM. They didn’t have any cars on the lot to rent until 1PM. I asked them how that would work as I didn’t have a ride to get me there past a specified time and I worked later that evening. The employee rudely replied, “well like I just said we won’t have anything available until 1PM.” Young man had short black thick hair average height looked Hispanic. (5’5) for if his manager wants to give him a touch up on customer service training and an attitude check. GO TO ENTERPRISE IN COVINA, they had my car ready ON TIME and the CUSTOMER SERVICE wasn’t lacking. I decided to give hertz a chance and was very much disappointed in the experience.

Will never rent at this location. Manager is horrible at managing or even customer service at best. Took over 30 mins to get helped let alone a HI. then they had no cars left when i had a reservation and i had to wait for them to clean the cars. zero management at that location. Never will be back.

Perfect experience! I’ve rented an economic car in emergency the day of pick up. At the desk I’ve asked if it was possible to upgrade category, what was possible. So I finally had a super cool Dodge Charger R/T for +150$ (Thanks again to the employee that recommand the car).

I fully recommand this rental agency!

I've had my car in the shop for nearly a month already, as it required a new engine. Luckily, I was able to rent a car through Hertz, and Porter managed to secure a better deal than enterprise. I have to say, the customer service experience has been absolutely incredible! I'll definitely be returning because they truly know how to treat their customers well.
