I recently rented a car from your company and had an extremely poor experience. The cars were in terrible condition and very dirty. Many of them appeared to be old and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the vehicles seemed unsafe for driving, which caused significant concern.

Moreover, the staff working at your office were unprofessional and disrespectful. They frequently changed their statements and were unclear in their communication. I also had to wait three hours just to rent a car, which was unacceptable.

I hope that you will take action to address these issues and improve the quality of both your vehicles and your customer service.

My experience with an employee at a car rental company was extremely disappointing. The individual was disrespectful and dishonest in his communication. From the start, the employee was not transparent about the condition of the vehicles, which turned out to be in terrible shape and completely unsuitable for use.

Moreover, I wasted four hours waiting at the company for nothing, as none of my requests were met and no adequate service was provided. To make matters worse, I lost an entire day of work due to this person’s false promises and the delays caused by their inefficiency.

Overall, this experience with the employee was very negative and had a significant impact on me. I would not recommend dealing with this person or the company they represent.

It was hell of expensive renting from hertz. I have been renting from this location for 3 months. My poor rating is caused by them repossessing my vehicle. With or without, hertz was getting paid because they had my credit card information on file. I got charged $1000 repossession fee. If hertz can reposses a car, they would do so to make $. I Even tried to call this location to change my credit card but was unable to reach them. They had a phone issue of not able to receive incoming calls. Hertz has the audacity to charge 4 times the rate for tolls. The ratings are horrible and should be lower.'

5 STAR Excellent..."Above and Beyond" CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm an Uber driver and have been renting from this location 2 years now. I would highly recommend Hertz Artesia to all Uber Drivers. The Branch Manager (Mr. Ruben Murelles) and Gene always do a fantastic job!!! Thank you.

The workers there too lazy. And they didn't know anything about the cars. That day they give me car for uber eats only and I was paying for uber comfort category. And when I realized that no one refund me anything. I advise you DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

They are really bad people. They commit fraud by renting out damaged, unsafe vehicles and upload fake car inspection documents to Uber so the car will be approved by Uber. Hertz at this location is located inside pepboys and they are in on the scam also. I rented a car at this location and the car had 3 bald tires, bad screeching and grinding brakes, 2 misfiring cylinders, check engine light on. I have proof because I got the car inspected about 2 days after the rental started and I have the inspection report. Uber would never allow a car like this to be used.

All the hertz, enterprise and Avis rental car spots have extremely long waits. It’s been this way since before the pandemic and gotten worse.

When I go, I pack patience and stay respectful.
I work in customer service so why would I be a terrible customer to others, it doesn’t feel good.

I know it’s usually going to be a long wait since that’s how the process goes (1-3hours, regardless of your appointment time)

Renting cars for work is super frustrating but it’s been like that forever.
Uber and all the rental car companies need to come together to work to stream line the process to make it go faster.

But the staff here do their best to deal with a ton of people everyday.. even though they’re understaffed.

Before you rent a vehicle for Uber from this location, please keep in mind that you’re only point in contact for any assistance whatsoever with this vehicle is going to be this location. Unfortunately they are rude and unhelpful. It makes me nervous to have this car. Hertz and Uber claim no liability to this program. they will not help you if you have any issues. This location is giving me a lot of pushback for simple things. It’s a huge headache. I wish I could’ve avoided. Don’t make the same mistake I did and do some research before you pick up a car from here.
